This location used to easily be the best burrito place in the area, but that is no longer the case.
The last time I went there, the guy making my burrito told me that they cut portion sizes. Absolutely ridiculous. Then he wrapped both of my burritos incorrectly and I asked him to re-wrap them for me, he said “we’ll have to charge you extra for that.”
Easily the worst burritos I’ve ever gotten from this location. Tiny, cold, falling apart. Barely any sauce. Just insanely disappointing. I understand cutting costs, but making my burrito half the size just guarantees I’ll never come back. And I was a regular. Too inconsistent. Too big of a turnover of their staff to make their food the same every time. Half the time it’s cold. Just gone completely down hill and openly telling me that they’re cutting portions is the last straw.

No offer from management to refund the extra charge. I should change this to one star.

Hot Head Burrito is my absolute favorite! Way better than Chipotle and every other restaurant of this type. I wish there was one closer to me :( Also, I wish they’d bring back their chorizo. I’m so picky with chorizo and the chorizo here was in my top 2! Still though, everything is so delicious. I love all the different sauce options and toppings they have as well. The best!

two very sweet boys in there tonight. we came a little late and right before closing but they still treated us and made sure our food was good. they got us fresh rice when they didn’t have to and they got us new lettuce. sweethearts :)

Very good food and fresh tasting, very upset they don’t have chorizo they should bring it back other then that they have great food and service and the app works great and points add up quickly for free items.
The second bowl was NOT the chicken bowl. They said bring it up and they will swap it.
When I got there, they insisted it was the steak bowl I ordered. (No. The steak bowl was at home being eaten.) They said I would have to bring the entire order back so they could verify !!!!!!!!!! Then charged me for another Leroy's spicy chicken!!!!!!!
And to think they actually got a nice tip. Go elsewhere unless you like to be treated like trash.
I love Hot Head but it can be pretty hit or miss. I generally consider this a great location. Sometimes they get things wrong in my mobile orders but who can be perfect 100% of the time. I eat here all the time and I’m not planning on stopping.

I thought the name HotHeads was a clever play on the selection of sauce available. I didn't know it was also a description of your managers temperaments. There's no reason customers should be getting yelled at by your staff. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to do in front of other customers at that. Just because your food tastes better than Chipotle doesn't mean you're entitled to be rude. I can't imagine them tolerating such behavior. Hopefully Lex doesn't treat her coworkers like this too. However, I'm almost certain the recent review someone left about getting chewed out for walking in the wrong door involved her. I'd put more money on that then the Chiefs winning the superbowl today.

Ordered a smothered burrito, sweet habarnero steak bowl, Leroy's spicy chicken bowl.
