This place Is absolutely amazing! Me and my girlfriend has been here twice they have such a selection to choose from and there prices are amazing they even have fish! HOT HEADS IS WAY BETTER THEN CHIPOTLE!!!!!!!!! While chipotle gets worse and worse hot heads gets better and better thank you for being patient with us few times we have been there!!!!!
Love this place if you get the sweet habanero sauce to a burrito ? it's not to hot it's got a excellent flavor. This place also has specials on different days I believe Sunday is the burrito special.

Love this place first of all. Been there a few times last couple weeks with my girl. The workers are so nice honestly. But love the food. We will definitely be back. It's not as salty as most places with the food which we also like. Thanks !!

Have to say today was my 1st and last time I will ever go to your place to eat... as this was my first time ever going to a hot head with the customer service left a bad taste and impression. I explained that I never been to one before and the short blonde with the fake n bake tan was so rude and unprofessional that I was just going to leave my order and walk out! food was bland, no taste... and the queso was watered down.

Okay let's be honest here. The workers are really nice people, friendly, all that. The food is good too. But what's up with charging extra for fajita veggies, or Rice, or extra for anything that is really low cost. It makes zero sense. Chipotle only charges extra for the meat, because that makes sense !Chipotle has higher quality meat and products than Hothead does. But I prefer Hothead due to the amount of flavors and choices I can put together for different tasting combinations. That is why even though Hothead quality is not as good as Chipotle, I still prefer it. When you start charging extra for very low cost items, you will lose a lot of customers. This will Start to feel like there is no point to go to Hothead over Chipotle for a lot of people.

We went for lunch to the Hotheads in Strongsville, Ohio. We were waited on by Megan and Grace. Their service was superb. They were extremely helpful when I needed to know what specific sauces were. They made great suggestions and we tried things we had never had before. I will definitely be back. The store was amazingly clean and the sound of veggies sautéing was like music and smelled delicious! These girls made our visit so pleasant!

They don't open when they say they do, and the food is way overpriced. - the quality of the food is decent at best, and the price is ridiculous. 12$ for a bowl is insane. I used to love hot heads under the previous owners but ever since new owners came in, this place has gone downhill. Don't waste your time, they may not even let you in, even if you're there during their displayed open hours.

The "manager" seemed very irritated that we came in at 7 as they were already tearing down for the 9:00 closure. She was short with her answers to our questions and visibly rude. She became very condescending. With so many taco places in Strongsville I'd be happy anyone still comes there if I was the manager. It was empty aside from another man. Spend your money on a place that's not irritated by your presence.

Guy that was supposed to be taking our order was standing behind the corner looking miserable when I asked where to go he said “it’s like chipotle”. The proceeded to sink into the corner of counter and avoid eye contact… so I then asked who was going to be taking our order because no one was ready to serve us. Felt like I was pulling teeth just to get some service. 0 hospitality. I didn’t even order what I wanted because I just wanted to get out of there so I picked a number off the menu and we jetted. Everyone seemed miserable and repressed by the one guy. No one had name tags or I’d put by name. Go to a different location. I’m sorry to the 2 other works who have to deal with that guy they don’t deserve to suffer for his incompetence.

I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened and it was great! I used to love coming here since 2018. But I noticed management changing in the last few years, with the one manager with grey hair & glasses being SO rude every time I went. they shut you down when you ask to have a menu option added to your meal, and I’ve had multiple people tell me “ NO & that’s not how it’s supposed to be made”. all I’m asking is for one of their many many sauce options to be added and I’m told that’s not right? Uhm isn’t that how made to order goes? They don’t know how to wrap burritos/quesadillas and quality is going down. There was moldy lettuce & sauce tasted very very old. The current staff oct. 2023 just likes to boss you around with your food order and how you should be eating your meal. Gonna miss this place

They keep messing up on my order... it's like the ppl there can't or don't read.And then if you complain they put you a list for 30 days. The bad part about that is, you guys messed up so many times my name would be synonymous with bad service! It got to the point where I domt want anymore free stuff, I just want my order right! Now i look like the troublemaker cuz i call and complain... I'm done with this place! I tried. Please take a little more pride in your service

Horrible first time going in and me and my husband was ordering the girl didn’t even know how to make the bowls and burrito we asked for then we got charged for extra meat that came with what we asked for if she made it eight horrible will never go there again plus they over charged us it says 2for 15 burritos and they charged up 10.25 each thanks Alex for the experience

Got a burrito and chips from this location and it was a joke. My burrito was a blob that was placed fold down so when I went to lift it it just fell apart. Using the foil wasn’t an option as the foil wasn’t even all the way around the burrito. Chicken was dry and tasted like it’s been sitting around. Hardly any sauce. Chips are just mass bought and portioned off in bags. Gauc has no flavor - just avocados and onions. The salsa also has no flavor, I’m sure it’s from a jar. Not good.
