I stood in line for over 10 minutes. I wasn’t even acknowledged by your staff, verbally or otherwise. I can tell that private equity is destroying your location since you only had 2 people working instead of the usual 3 to 4. What a disappointment. I walked out since my time is valuable. I’ll never visit this location again.

Girl with blonde curly hair was rolling her eyes at us the entire time and being so rude even after we were being extremely polite. She was purposely walking so slowly and just rolling her eyes over and over again if we asked for less or more of anything. We were polite the entire time saying please and thank you and no thank you and she just was getting so annoyed at us. Do better!

I use to go to the Bagley Rd and it was good the 1st couple visits, but that went downhill fast. I now drive to the Strongville store. The employees are ALWAYS pleasant. The food is made to your specifications. It is well worth the extra couple miles I drive to get food.
