Last night we got Jimmy Johns.. This location is WHY you're gonna lose business.... Rude staff... Since I am paying 14.00 for a sandwich with only pickle, cheese, tomato and mayo and ask for extra pickle.... YOU SHOULD PUT MORE THAN 10 ON THE SANDWICH!? Then since when dont you cut giant sandwiches? Like is this new, or just lazy? Then my husband always gets the same toasted sandwich and he didn't want it toast it and you couldn't make it😬 he also ordered a giant, you gave him 8 inches.... He had to correct you! You guys wasn't busy..No customers in store but us...We eat Jimmy John's 3 times a week and always leave a $20 cash tip but due to how inconvenient you guys were making our food, we left nothing... Good luck, but I give this store a year before it closes!

Went to Jimmy John’s at 7:30pm. Got 2 sandwiches and brought them home. Let me tell you it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. Everything was extremely fresh from the bread to the ingredients. I was very impressed. It tasted better then i remembered. Staff was very nice and quick. I’ll be going back more often now. I truly enjoyed it. And in this day and age, I don’t say that too often. Thank you! 😊

Managers name is Chelsea, she didn’t want to give her name because she’s very unprofessional and knows she can lose her job but I already found her name so there goes that. She went into another restaurant to argue with another manager while she was on the clock getting paid for her attitude, picked out trash with her bare hands to have a “garbage fight” came back in her own store and went straight to the food ! Disgusting BEHAVIOR !! tried to kick me out her store for correcting her and telling her to be a manager since that’s what she was hired to be LOL DONT SEE WHY ONCE AGAIN, but I guess her jobs to hard for her to keep her composure! Corporate should look into this and will be soon. if you see this manager just ignore her she has attitudes problems. she doesn’t understand when she’s wrong so there’s no point in correcting her take a picture and post it on here 🤏call it a day😂

My baby is teething and has not been sleeping well. I was desperate to get out of the house and I needed a little pick me up so i placed an easy peasy online order for pickup. of course, as i’m literally in the turning lane to pull into the parking lot, my sweet baby falls asleep just as I am arriving. I called the store and explained and they were so cool! zipped thru the drive thru and grabbed my sandwich in silence only exchanging a smile and a wave, and kept that baby asleep!!!! huge win, just the random support I needed today. THANK YOU!!!!!

I went through the drive thru and placed my order and also asked if I could get a slice of meat because I had my dog with me. She said they couldn't just cut me a slice of meat they didn't have any way to do that. I said okay no problem. When I pulled up to the window, I saw a girl slicing meat with a meat slicer. When the girl came to the window to take my money, I handed it to her and asked why I wasn't able to get a slice of meat when someone was standing there slicing meat? She said she didn't know. She would get a manager. I said don't bother it's ok. I wasn't being nasty or anything, I was just asking a question. A couple seconds later, the manager came over and I just simply said I was just curious why I couldn't buy a piece of meat for my dog? She said, "oh I can sell you a piece of meat that's no problem". I said that's all I was asking for when I was placing my order but never mind, I'll just give her one from my sandwich. So she walked away. The manager came back and handed me my order and said she didn't have any way to ring up a piece of meat and that's why she couldn't sell one to me. So now I 2 different answers. So I thanked her for my order and I left. I pulled into a parking spot to enjoy my sandwich. When I opened it up, they didn't even bother cutting it in half. Is that standard practice? This is only my 2nd time at JJ. It's not a footlong sandwich but it would have been nice to have this 9 inch sandwich cut in half. Oh well, there's a bunch of other sub sandwich shops around.

This was probably the worst establishment i ever worked for the general manager Chelsea was like working for a child and plays favoritism and steals money from drivers and will belittle customers out loud . Recommend driving 10 mins to avoid locatio.

The food was good but I have never met such a rude staff. This woman manager I think came from the back screaming telling the other staff to not do something instead of telling them nicely. They all seemed overall irritated but I can clearly see why. We were in there for a while by the bathrooms and it was kind of sad. This new girl came in late for training and the manager totally embarrassed her in front of the whole staff. She was trying to tell her that her dad was bringing her and something happened with him but she was super rude to her to the point where it looked like she could literally cry I felt so bad? good food but treat your people better.
