I purchased a regular size sandwich and asked to have it cut in half. When I got home and opened it you couldn’t see any meat at all on the sandwich. I opened the bread on one half and it only had one small slice of turkey folded in half. The other half didn’t have much more so I had to combine the little meat I had onto one side to make a half way decent sandwich. When I called the store all the manager said was they would talk to the staff to make sure all the meat makes it on the sandwiches. No offer to make it right. I will NOT be going back and would urge anyone considering going there to choose another option!!I also reached out to Jimmy John's Corporate and all they said was they will share my feedback with the location. Again, as unacceptable response as no one is taking any action to resolve the complaint!

I usually go for dinner later on and the place always stinks. Pretty sure they continue to mop the floor with dirty water. Walked out this time when I went the other day and didn’t get anything. Disappointing. Will take my business to another location.

Zero stars if I could! Absolutely awful.I placed an order for a vegetarian sub, when I opened the bag at home was the biggest disappointment.Bread (stale), Lettuce, mayo that's all she wrote.When I called to speak with the manager again, it was major disappointment.Waste of money, wasted time, will not be going back.

This is the last time I'll order from this location in Strongsville Oh. I don't ask for a lot, but every time I order from this location they don't send what I request. How hard is it to add napkins and mayo packets to an order before it heads out the door? So, I called and spoke with the Mgr. I believe her name was Cheryl. I explained what happened and she got very defensive with me telling me, "hey look, were short staffed, it's really busy and looks like you didn't get your napkins or mayo. What do you want me to do"? Told her this was on a delay to be delivered and there should be zero excuses as to why you can't get an order right. She became quite displeased I would actually say this. Really? How about filling the order correctly the first time. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to READ the flippin order. And if you have rocket scientists there, well, maybe they're to smart to work there. I'm amazed any more when mgrs are called and the excuses fly out of their mouths. I'd love to know who's checking the orders before they leave the store to be delivered??? Honestly. Paying $12 for something should come with a thank you. Looks like Penn Station or Jersey Mikes might be my best bet. This has happened to me on my last several orders with them. Ridiculous. Hey Jimmy John's. Stop being "Freaky Fast" and just get it "Freaking Right".

I like the sandwiches, but today the blue hair girl on the window gave me major attitude vibes when I told her that this was not the sandwich I wanted. I never felt so uncomfortable as I do not confront a person's attitude. I just waited for my order to be corrected and left in such a bad mood. ?‍♀️

Fast. Fresh sandwiches on soft wheat bread. Beach club is delicious with turkey and avocado. They don't sell extra wheat bread which is a shame.

This is the 5th time I've ordered a sandwich from this location in the last several months. I am not sure how hard it is to follow directions, because there are not many. The app is pretty straight forward. It seems no matter how basic I make the order something is wrong. This is the 5th time in 5 attempts something is not completed that was asked for. I ask to have my sandwich cut in half. NOPE. I ask for Mayo and Mustard packets. NOPE. Other times it's been, "please take the bread out". NOPE. "Please add napkins", NOPE. Doesn't seem like a big deal, and I try not to make it one, but COME ON. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read the directions a customer sends. Sad part is when I call I get answers like, "what would you like me to do"? Really? How about making sure the customer's order goes out completed and CORRECT. That's a good start for nearly $13.00. Sometimes I feel they don't care. I don't care if they're "Freaky Fast". I'd rather them be "Freaky Slow" and get the order correct...just even once in a while. Gonna have to think long and hard before I order from this location again. Disappointed.
