Update 10/2025. Maybe under new ownership but the KFC experience at this location has gotten a lot better than pre-2025. Food was delicious, manager specials are a steal and everything worked as it should from ordering to wait times.

Horrid service. Can’t even rate food as they refused to serve me for no reason.
I drove up and when I placed my order, EVERY SINGLE ITEM, EVEN SUBSTITUTIONS MADE I was told they were out of. I thought it was odd, then all was made clear when I drove past after it was clear they would not provide me food to see the ENTIRE store staff standing at the drive thru window laughing at me as I went past. Clearly, they just didn’t want to do any work. If you don’t want to work, don’t get a job. I hope corporate audits thy is location as the sheet disrespect and laziness I experienced from the staff is downright unacceptable.

Ordered a 7 piece game bucket and arrived home. Six pieces. Tried to call no answer. Chicken leg wasn't cooked thoroughly either. What a waste of money. Tried to call again, no answer!!!
Service was extremely slow. There were 2 worked working the kitchen and counter, and one had a bad attitude. And the whole place was extremely dirty and disgusting.

I visited KFC In Strongsville today 7/10 at 11am . My brother and I waited some time before any one addressed us. Only to be told that we would have to wait 12 minutes longer for original chicken. The girl was rude and never said she was sorry for the delay. If a business opens at 11am they should have everything ready to serve the customers.. If I would have waited I would have been their for 30 minutes or longer. What POOR SERVICE.

Customer service was TERRIBLE and very unprofessional. Ordered online for a 5pm pickup. Walked in at 5:10 with no acknowledgement for any of the 5 workers. A gentleman in line ahead of me said he had been waiting for 30 minutes with also no acknowledgement and ended up leaving. When I was able to make eye contact with the lady behind the equipment and I asked about my order and acted like I was the one inconveniencing her and then find out it hadn’t even been started. She took her time preparing it and was not given even an apology or a thank you when I left. I will never go back there. They can care less about their job let along customers.
