My wife and I walked in for the first time today. the male server at the cash register would rather be on his cell phone then wait on us. There was no sugar on the table for coffee so we asked for some and was ignored. Finally I got sugar from other tables myself. When the food was delivered to our table by a young lady, she didn't bring napkins so we asked and were ignored. I finally got them myself while she played on her cell phone. Food was OK, nothing special. Service was poor and not friendly. Zero stars given.

The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is like at home. The menu is wide of different options, the croissant and crepe is like at France. Good place to meet your friends and family, the place where leaves you feeling to come back again.

Went by the cafe at 5, the lavender latte and rose latte is impressive. But the $7.50 ny cheese cake is such a disappointment, it came in room temperature, taste gooey and have a wax-like aftertaste, god knows how long have it been sat on the displayer, do better.

The place has not nearly enough seating first of all. When you enter they will hand you a menu and tell you to sit wherever, except there was no open tables. You have to order at the front they do not come to your table. I ordered to go because there was no seating at all. The place is small so the seating fills up quick. I ordered a pistachio latte, a London fog, the pistachio crepe and the breakfast crepe. The drinks were not sweet at all, my pistachio latte tasted like black coffee with milk and crushed pistachios on top no sweetness at all. The London fog tasted like the tea wasn't steeped long enough tasted like hot water. We waited 30 minutes for the food, multiple to go orders who ordered after us were served first while our food sat behind the counter getting cold. The food was flavorless. The spinach and tomato in my crepe was cold and uncooked and it had absolutely no seasoning not even salt and pepper. The whipped cream on the pistachio crepe was chunky and the filling had no sweetness. Would never come here again and the staff were so rude. Paid 35 dollars for cold crepes that tasted horrible and immediately after had to go to another restaurant to get some food that actually tasted edible. Cannot stress enough how bad the food was

OH MY GOD!!!! The best authentic European crepes!!! I don't know how are they making them but it's truly delicious 😋! Service was outstanding as always! Their double espresso macchiato is the best in Strongsville! I highly recommend La Crepe Bakery and Cafe!!!!
