We use to travel over an hour just to go to Lee's because there wasn't one in Cleveland. We were excited to see one so close. It was such a disappointment. The cashier was nice. However, they were out of ALL the foods I like including the green beans and the lemonade. The final straw was that I was craving a biscuit. I ordered 2 biscuits. They gave me dinner rolls instead. They put it in my bag and pretended it was biscuits. Unacceptable. When I went back and asked about it, they said, "Oh, we're out of biscuits!" and laughed. I didn't see anything funny. A little while later when I was about to leave the mall the cashier gave me a few free items for the inconvenience. I don't know if I'll return though.

Food was good but service was garbage. They gave me a full tub if gravy instead of what I asked for, green beans, and gave me corn on the cob instead of cream corn. Would not go again. Better off at KFC.

Went there today. Food is awesome. Just as good as Sandusky location. Better than kfc. Drink order was wrong and wrong sides. Just remember to check your order. Inside Southpark mall food court.
