I ordered a medium rare T-bone steak and it came back like I just killed the cow and threw it on the grill for a few minutes. Lots of fat and the filet wasn't a filet but a lump of fat. Also waiter had been rude after I mentioned how the steak had been cooked.

Very disappointed! Steak was dry no juice at all. Asked for medium steak. Waiter never refilled drinks and when he gave us 1 bill that we wanted to split he rolled his eyes and took the bill to go redo it.

Love the place, but who the server is makes a difference. Out for wife's birthday dinner and we were kind of ignored, we noticed some regulars were there. They were treated like celebrities compared to us. Asked three times for two boxes and a paper bag for bread at the end after much long waiting received only one box and a paper bag, said heck with it I don't want to wait 10 more minutes for another box so I left some leftovers behind. I'm normally a Platinum tipper everytime, but this time I gave a bronze tip of $10 and ✌️. These servers should have a rating system on an app so I can choose the better rated ones.

I was absolutely shocked how long it took to get the food. Usually when I’m on business and I want to get a lot of work done so I like to get in and get out. My meal and it took easily an hour for me to get my steak and I ordered right when I got there. when the food came out, it was cold. they did heat it up and it was a good steak. If you’re not in somewhat of a rush, this place is fine.

I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD TO EAT AT LONGHORN

I went there on a weekday and got a Flo's Filet, mashed potatoes, salad and a coke. Including the tip it came to almost $40.00 for just me. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

4 stars for an above average experience. But 1 star for anyone with an allergy. If you have an allergy be prepared to use a book of allergy information several pages long, and the non allergy menu to figure out what sides and portions you will be getting. It felt like studying for a test in college. Lastly the staff is not knowledgeable and is useless on any questions or comments. I have been to two different longhorns and both times the salad was wrong. Make sure to read the instructions to give them regarding the salad too, it's in the book. If you have an allergy,
just go to a different steakhouse, let's face it longhorn is nothing special.

Our experience was without a doubt the worst. Got on the wait list through google maps and there was 29 tables ahead of us, wait was 36-40 minutes. Checked about 8 minutes later and there were 15 ahead, they were turning tables over quickly. Got to the restaurant and waited about 5 minutes to be seated, great!
Barely opened the menu and our server came for our drink order and asked quickly asked if we would like an appetizer, very rushed. When the appetizer came out, I had to ask for the beer I had ordered when we ordered the appetizer. Ordered a strawberry and pecan salad with my meal, that came out 10 minutes after my wife got her salad. Salad was dry and I asked for more dressing, she never came back and I had to ask another person for it when they came to clear some plates. That person brought the dressing out quickly, but I knew that the entree would come soon after, had to box up my salad that I was only able to take a few bites of, because sure as anything, the entree came out.
Food was only warm and I’ve had much better steaks from Longhorn.
Overall, we felt rushed and irritated. They should try to take better care of their guests and not push to turnover tables.
