Horrible staff! After waiting over 20 minutes for food, I had to go to the counter. After a conversation with another patron I said, “Denny’s in Medina could have delivered it by now”. The counter girl said, “fine maybe you should have gone to Denny’s then!” Manager did not help much. Girl kept running her mouth even after the manager stepped in. I got my food and it was wrong. After fixed manager offered nothing but an I’m sorry.
I’m sitting in the Play Place area and most of the tables are a mess. I had to scrub mine with 2 baby wipes before I would sit down. The floor has several areas that need to be cleaned. There is trash around and under the trash can area. The girl that brought my food dropped a sundae on the floor (hey it happens) but she threw away the cup and never cleaned up the ice cream.
