This is the worst McDonald’s they have got my order wrong many times and one time they didn’t even put a patty on my burger I wished I could rate it with zero stars I hope this McDonald’s goes out of business

It took forever but it was 11 at night so makes a little sense but it took us about like 40 minutes for are food to come And THEN they forgot some stuff and so we had to ask but they didn't come that good about another 15 minutes plus the 40 minutes and then we asked for the happy meal and the dude goes uses his vape (no shame about that but why now) and then we got are happy meal that we asked for and then we had to ask for the sauce because they gave us the wrong sauce.

Stephanie, a manager there, has poor customer service skills and poor management skills. She is unable to resolve conflict in any amicable way. She should be fired as she is an extremely poor representation of mcdonald's. I have contacted district management in an attempt to remove her from serving the public.

I hate the remodel inside! The seating areas are uncomfortable you may as well be sitting on concrete benches! What were you thinking? If you don’t want people inside then close the dining room and make people eat in their cars.

This establishment should be a shame of themselves. Terrible customer service and operating an horrible system. They are disorganized and undisciplined. They lack of focus comes from their supervisor, leadership is not their forte. Please be advised this location sucks!
