Our wedding was on 9/30/23. From the beginning Christine was very helpful. Once it came down to the day of, Debbie was fabulous and made our day everything we wanted. We received lots of compliments on the food as well. I would recommend!

Place was extremely outdated, in need of a serious updating. Food was a served buffet, all workers were nice and professional. Food was similar to and MRE. Everything I think was frozen and just nuked, cafeteria grade.

The Michaud family genuinely cares about their guests. I have attended numerous events catered by Michaud's over the past 30+ years including more recent weddings and parties. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed. We have always had a good time at Michaud's. The events were well organized and their level of service is exceptional. Excellent food selections served hot. They are very conscientious in listening to our party and meeting our needs every step of the way. I highly recommend Michaud's.

I was disappointed of my husband and I"s experience for our wedding here on September 23 of this year. My sister had her wedding here 6 years ago and she has a great experience, so I trusted Michaud's to give us the same experiences but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Our cake was cut by them and given our to our guests, some guests said the cakes pieces were cut bigger than usual, and some said they got to take some wrapped up in a napkin on their way home. My husband and I and close family members never received pieces of our own cake, they never asked if we wanted some to take him with us. The food was not what we remembered tasting for the food tasting. It tasted bland and frozen. Also we choose beef tips and mushrooms Demi sauce and got some compliments that it was mostly mushrooms not a lot of beef. Also one of our guests were told he couldn't not go backup for thirds on a buffet! He could have been told wait 10 minutes to make sure everyone had their food but simply told him no. I also went with Michaud's because their price was fair compared to other ventures but that saying can't true for us: you get what you pay for! I hope to save someone's future wedding day from this happening, no bride and FreonShould have to have these problems on their wedding day. I was a banquet chef and always went out of my way to make sure they had the best experience! Hopefully they can fix this for the next wedding. For any bride and greens reading this. Good luck and you might want to take your business elsewhere.

Went to a wedding. Fabulous place! Easy access to restrooms, bar, and big dance floor! It was decorated lovely. It has a chapel inside as well.

Great experience as a baker here I am with the cake I baked for a 40th Anniversary Vow Renewal. Staff was amazing to work with, great customer service, good food and most of all they didn't butcher the cakes as they cut and many other event center have done in the past ? Would recommend 5 stars!

The Strongsville PTA put on a lovely event for the elementary age Kids at this event center , I was so Surprised by how big the spaces were and how many there were. Definitely worth checking out the next time You are planning an event.
Omg what a beautiful venue,we came here for the New Year’s Eve party and it was awesome! The food was delicious the rooms were beautiful I wish they had a room that played pop music. I hope they host NYE parties more often!

Worst place to work. My son and I worked on New Year's Eve and - when we went to get our paychecks - no one was there!! We've been two weeks without any money and Michaud's hasn't responded to any of our messages or calls! My son is only 16 and really looked forward to getting paid. There were quite a few times guests complained that food 'ran out' yet the Michaud's employees would be in the back, stuffing plastic containers to take home! They sure made it a point to feed themselves, that's for sure! I wouldn't recommend this place for anything! If you see great reviews online, it's from the employees who stuff their containers with the food you bought for your party!!
