Was busy when I visited. Seemed to me they needed more help dealing with the customers then just the one we had. Had second girl but she only helped one customer then disappeared in the back along with the other two employees that were preparing the orders.
Got an 8’ cake and 2 bundlets, they were amazing. I always go to this place since I’m gluten free and I absolutely love it. Atmosphere is great and very friendly. 100% recommend this place and especially for gluten free people, but only if you want a chocolate chip or lemon raspberry bundlet. Have only tried the gluten free chocolate chip and not the lemon raspberry yet. I do not believe it is celiac so if you have celiac, might not want to risk it however I am not so it was great for me. Have been going here for years and no issues so far.

I would have to rate this place an over the top for Customer service. Even though my online order did not go through like I placed. The employees were very professional and quick to take care of me. Great personalities & pleasant smiles. I wish every where I shopped would take lessons from them. They really know how to treat their customers. Great Job!!!

I went to look for the $40.00 cake, I did not accept it because they delivered it twice as much as it appears in the photo. I told them to change it and they gave me the one in the photo. Bad presentation for a birthday. Appreciation O.

I just got my hands on the limited edition Oreo cookies & cream cake and I’m obsessed with it. It tasted like a dream. I’m in love with the flavor & nevertheless to mention the balanced sugar and rich frosting is always a win win. Keep up the good work. ?

Bundts, both gluten free and regular options were soft and delicious!
My husband and I attended a charity event with a raffle. One of the items was listed as a 3 bundtlet tower with an additional 12 bundtlets. We bid, thinking the bundlets would make good holiday gifts for the folks in his office. To our surprise, we won that item. Once we got home, further examination revealed the additional bundtlets had to be picked up from a specific store, which was an 90 minute trip from our home. No problem - I could make that drive once. However, the fine print further specified one per month. That was not doable for us. I called the store and explained the situation. I asked if we could maybe just get 6 or 8 all at once and let the remaining cakes go. They said the most they could do was two at once - that the only reason they provide such donations to charity raffles is to “guarantee” someone comes in once a month, for a year. I understand their position. But good word of mouth is also good publicity. Not only will I not be collecting any of the 12 bundtlets, I will be suggesting folks get their sweet treats elsewhere. Luckily the charity still comes out ahead and our money went to a good cause!

The best location! I have been to this store many times but my recent trip was the most pleasant experience i’ve had at a business in a long time. I picked up a large order for my sisters baby shower yesterday and the two girls who cashed me out were so sweet. They were polite and making conversation and even carried all the boxes to my car for me. The cakes all look incredible as always and are beautiful decorated. I will recommend this place to everyone. Forever my favorite.
