I am a bit of a steak snob when it comes the temp of my steak. Even when it comes to cooking my kids steak. Haha. I NEVER have a steak restaurant cook both of ours good. Therefore I never order his off of the kids meal. They always cook his well done or screw something up. Therefore we just share one big bone in ribeye so there is less chance of screwing something up. Tonight I changed it up bc he had a friend with us so they ordered off of the kids meal. My med rare bone in- amazing His kids med rare- amazing Food was SO good and service from Nick was amazing. So good I Called the owner, Tanya, over to tell her! Well done Outback Strongsville. I’m impressed! Thank you!

Can there be 0 stars? On 12/26/24 we stopped in for lunch. Coffee machine was down. No problem. So hubby and I ordered a vodka and tonic. We are not young by any means so I know what tonic tastes like. We were served vodka and soda water. We kindly flagged our waitress over and explained that it wasn't tonic in the drink, but soda water and received a great deal of flack from her. This prompted me to tell her to take it off the bill I do not want another one. Water is just fine as I wasn't going to argue with her. She then proceeded to come back to our table multiple times (x4 or more) and proceeded to argue with us and telling us that we were calling her a liar, the tonic is tapped from her spout of many buttons and she is not a liar. Now mind you, never did we state that, never did we cause an issue. Simply put, I explained the drink was made with soda water (just FYI for this post I hate soda water and can taste it a mile away).Mistakes can happen, but she was completely out of line. She was combative, argumentative and just plain rude. Now on to the food. French onion soup, small 6 oz steak, baked potatoe for me and baked sweet potatoe for hubby. The french onion soup and steaks were a salt lick. It was barely edible. But as we were both hungry we ate it. Funny thing, the entree came with a french onion dip dipping sauce for the steak, which was brought out to our table when we were finished with our meal. Ooopsies was the waitresses response when she brought it out to us. The steak was marinated in I'm not sure what, but had a chemical taste. Neither one of use enjoyed the meal. But the service alone will ensure we never step foot into this establisment. Outback has always been one of our favorite places. Do better.

Hi .We dined at your restaurant about 5:30 on Friday night it wasn’t that busy . We were greeted placed our appetizer order and dinner order . Our appetizer came out pretty quick. Our dinner arrived I ordered 16 oz prime rib MR which was Rare couldn’t even cut it and it was cold the loaded baked potato barely had anything on and again it was cold as well as the vegetables. My husband ordered porter house M which was fine . The rice that he order was awful tasting . He also ordered side of sautéed mushrooms which was also ice cold , server took it back brought back the same mushroom’s which was warmed in the microwave and it was sooooo hot it burned my lower lip. Waited almost 15 minutes to get the servers attention for to go boxes. We finally asked the food runner she never came out with the to go containers , finally one of your hostess came to our table and asked us if we need anything. She went and got us the to go containers . We want it to order desert to take home nobody asked us . We just told the hostess just please to get our check . We have gone to outback in westlake many time never had issues . This was our first time and last time there .
