I have to say that this Panera is the best I've ever been to. Most Paneras to me have been mediocre to average at best, but this one surprised me. Maybe it's because it's fairly new, but ordering food was quick and easy, the food didn't take too long to be ready and I really liked the order status screen they have you can check while waiting. The food tastes as good as you can expect for the price, but still much better than any other Panera I've been to in NE OH. The inside had plenty of space with comfy booths, and the fireplace was nice.

Took the family for a weekend lunch today. Food was good, nothing out of the ordinary. An older gentleman named Sal came to clear our empty plates. He was incredibly nice and went over and beyond normal service. He complimented how well behaved our boys were and us as parents. It was all extremely heart warming. Before we left, I asked one of the workers if Sal was in the back. She went to go get him and I attempted to give him a tip, which he refused. He shook my hand and told me to spend it on the boys. A simple compliment that led to this encounter blessed my day so much, I felt inspired to share the story of this special man. Thank you Sal!

Went there at 5 pm and 80% of their pastries were gone. They must just make a set amount in the morning and when they are gone they are gone.

Paid almost $20 for food and got nothing. Ordered at the kiosks since no one was at the ordering area at the time. They “lost” our order after waiting 20 ‘minutes

ordered grilled chicken salad, came with no chicken, old avocado, barley any onions, ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, got chicken broth and 1 noodle
Had to wait a long time for the food, but the service was great, the place was clean, and the food was very well made and all correct. Very happy with everything overall.
