I have to say that this Panera is the best I've ever been to. Most Paneras to me have been mediocre to average at best, but this one surprised me. Maybe it's because it's fairly new, but ordering food was quick and easy, the food didn't take too long to be ready and I really liked the order status screen they have you can check while waiting. The food tastes as good as you can expect for the price, but still much better than any other Panera I've been...
Took the family for a weekend lunch today. Food was good, nothing out of the ordinary. An older gentleman named Sal came to clear our empty plates. He was incredibly nice and went over and beyond normal service. He complimented how well behaved our boys were and us as parents. It was all extremely heart warming. Before we left, I asked one of the workers if Sal was in the back. She went to go get him and I attempted to give him a tip, which he refused. He shook my hand...
The food is generally good at this Panera, but it has become very expensive. At 2:30 in the afternoon , the floors were filthy-littered with trash from lunch. I didn’t see anyone cleaning the tables or picking up trash from the floor. The people at the checkout counter are consistently unpleasant.
