Pizza was basically crust. No flavor on the pizza, lack of sauce and toppings. Boneless wings lacked well flavor, texture, and sauce. No garlic butter and no pepper in the box, not a big deal if the pizza was good but man, it needed the garlic butter to add some flavor. Overall a bad experience and a first time customer that won't return.

Store takes extremely long to deliver. I got a notification that it was on the way and I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes when the store is 9 minutes away from the delivery location. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

At noon of Halloween, I put an online order in for a 5:15PM pick up since Trick-or-Treat goes from 6PM-8PM.
When I walked in at 5PM, the lobby was packed with people still waiting for their 4:15PM orders. Obviously people weren't happy but the majority of people were patient and understanding of the situation.
When asked how behind they were, a man would repeatedly tell us something to the effect of "Your order just went into the kitchen. It should be ready in 10-20 minutes.".
After waiting past 6:40 PM (yes, more than 1.5 hours) and hearing the same man answer the phone and softly tell customers "We're about 1.5 hours behind.". I realized he'd been knowingly lying to each of us.
I'd decided then that they'd robbed enough time from each of us with our kids. I told him to cancel my order because I was leaving (spolier: he didn't and I had to dispute this on my card).
TL;DR My issue isn't with them being busy. That's expected and understandable on Halloween. All of us placed our orders online so they could have been cancelled long before we got there. Instead, we stood their patiently while they deceived us.
The dishonesty is reprehensible.

Just picked up a one topping and boy is it bad-overcooked and barely any toppings - I’m not kidding!!! I mentioned I had a coupon and mentioned it at the order and I don’t know if that affected the quality but photos don’t lie! Feeling ripped off!!

Papa johns in strongsville has went downhill and should just shut down it’s always slow and my order was number 25 when it was 7 pm I don’t know how they survive. Pizza was horrible no cheese no sauce and the crust was so thin for original crust the boxes felt so light and had a weird taste. Used to be good 1-2 years ago but idk if they have new owners now. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t stepped in and closed it down. Better pizza spots in strongsville

The pizza has been steadily going down hill. It feels like the owners are cutting back on basic ingredients, cheese being the main one. Have gotten several pieces with big dry patches with no cheese and barely any sauce. Have just finally called it quits and will no longer be ordering from this Papa John's.

If I could give zero stars I would. Left pizza outside on a chair, didn't even ring the door bell. Pizza had no cheese and no sauce. AWFUL. Called for a refund we will see if I actually get it.
