I've been going here for months now. They are thorough, fast, and friendly. They seem to have a great work atmosphere at this location, unlike other places where the teenage kids give you their entitled bad attitude. Pizza is always great for being papa johns.
This was the first time that I ordered from Papa John's Strongsville, OH. I called in my order and the person who answered was very professional, and courteous. When I went to pick up my order, again I was greeted in a very kind, professional manner. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was very impressed. Thank you for a great experience from the initial phone call to pizza!
placed large order on 12-28-22 (5 pizzas all different, multi-toppings, variety of sauces, 3 bread choices and 3 desserts). everything was ready when promised and the 3 employees i encountered (didn't get names) were incredibly helpful and even carried everything out to my car while i settled the bill. all items were correct and delicious love the stuffed crust everyone at the party thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the food. went back 1-8-23 for Brown's game pizza...
