The turkey deli meat on the sub did not taste fresh. Texture of the sandwich was so-so.

Two very friendly guys working and no wait at all!!! They were working so hard and speaking to each customer like family or friends. Remembering regulars orders and about their life. I will always visit this location when in town!
To the manager on duty today. I came in trying to order 2 large cheesesteaks with 17 ounces of meat on each one. You flat out told me that it couldn’t be done and the cheesesteaks wouldn’t be able to close and couldn’t be wrapped. Hmmm I’ve ordered it from your store before with no problems none whatsoever. Fine whatever it’s your financial loss. I proceeded to Macedonia. About 20 miles out of my way because I live in Cleveland Ohio. Where not only was my order filled I ordered a medium size fry, and a large soft drink. They not only were able to close the sandwich’s they even didn’t have a problem cutting both in half and wrapping each half separately. There was 3 employees. I LEFT A $30.00 TIP CASH. on top of the order for the employees. So I’m writing this to let you know that it not only can be done it can also be cut in half and wrapped separately. You also lost out on a $10. Dollar tip for every employee on duty including yourself.
I’m not mad at you, I’m disappointed in you. The owner if he or she has a brain should fire you. He or she lost out on around $ 80.00. You made a stupid decision. I will never enter your establishment again.

I ordered a sandwich and it had barely any meat on it and NONE of the toppings i ordered, just cold wet bread and 3 pieces of chicken
Literally dining here as I write this. We go to Penn station all the time and this is the best service we’ve had. Such friendly employees working here today, and our subs are perfect!! And hot, fresh fries to go with them. Great job! Fast food workers aren’t generally the kindest but these guys are great. ?

A complete rip off. I spent $12.25 for a veggie sub with artichokes and this is what I got. I was refused a partial refund. This business stole my money for the first and last time.

I ordered the special that came with a fry and drink, and then ordered another sandwich and fry, got to work and there was only one fry so I was put $3, but the sandwich was good.
