Hello Foodies this is Steven the foodie guy here and with my beautiful mother my Mother's Pizza was both of us had personal pan pizzas her pizza was black olives with alfredo sauce she would give it a 9.50 I also had a personal pan pizza and I had light barbecue sauce white onion and double all white meat chicken breast I will give it a 9.5 as well the only problem you didn't get a higher grade because the white onions should have been diced up smaller not big pieces the crust was a 15.0 they have boots that move with the tables they will hold at least 300 lb Plus definitely will come back again

Hands down worse experience with pizza hut ever, the new ordering system is a complete mess. The woman that I delt with at this particular location just made it even worse... not only do I not recommend this location I do not recommend ordering from pizza hut at all. Complete disappointed and spent $150.00 ?

One of the worst Pizza Huts around. Order was wrong, pizza was disgustingly greasy and bland. Used to be a dine-in location but is pretty much carry out and delivery now. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I placed an order online for Doordash pickup. The food was delivered with the seal tape untampered. However, when I opened the wing box, it was empty. There was no evidence that anything was put in it (no sauce residue just empty). I also ordered a regular meat lover pizza, and it arrived with no sauce on it. I did not order that way. I called Pizza Hut immediately to let them know. However, the local store kept putting on hold for ten minutes. I hung and called back, and the same thing happened again.

It's hit or miss. I got a personal pan a few days ago and it was great, so yesterday I gave it a chance for family game night. I wasn't too happy that time, well mostly my kids weren't. The pepperoni livers stuffed crust with extra cheese was AMAZING! The parmesean wings were fine, as were the brownies. The boneless wings on the other hand, I got a couple that we chewy, and they had a light drizzle of sauce on them so no flavor to them. The two medium pizzas I got we burnt, puffy and missing ingredients on half of each one from the puffing up I supposed, so those were 75% a waste of money. My kids didn't eat the pieces that were so bad they didn't have toppings so about half of each of those mediums were eaten and I think that's mostly because we weren't paying for anymore pizza. It definitely wasn't worth the $49+ tax that i paid for, or wasting 300 of my rewards points either.

Have ordered from this establishment 3 times First time, recieved soggy cheese sticks instead of the seasonsed breadsticks I ordered with my pizza
Second time, redeeming a free pizza and when I entered the store to pick it up, the place was a mess and frankly looked like it was being run by toddlers, multiple people told me my order was not ready yet and the whole time it was boxed up in a warming oven, and it was in there so long the pizza started to overcook.
Third time, I received the wrong type of pizza, and the wrong wing flavor and didn’t eat any of it. I have not even been able to get a refund, I will never visit this location again. I had to DM pizza huts twitter to get it resolved. Pizza Hut is a good chain but this location sucks

Service was courteous but the cleanliness of the restaurant was a C at best. The food was hot and good with the pan pizza and mozzarella sticks being the best.
We have been turned away twice now. Very disappointing! We went to this locations multiple times because we really enjoyed our experience. It was nostalgic. We won't be back again. It's not worth traveling from cleveland to be turned away

I took my daughter to the Strongsville Pizza Hut, online it said they were open and the sign on the window said it was open to dine in. We walked in and the employee came from the kitchen area saying dining room is closed and I was puzzled it didn’t say anything online about dining room being closed, she said I’m the only one here so the dining room is closed and it won’t open until 4pm. She was very disrespectful when talking to the both of us and again it didn’t say anything on website about dining room opening at 4pm, and the sign on the building said open for dining in and the website said they opened at 10:30 and it was around 12:50 when we arrived so they had “been open” for 2.5 hrs at that point. I just feel with as rude as she was she just didn’t want to serve the two of us. I’m never going back to this Pizza Hut and I can really understand why their ratings are so low at this location. Customers beware if you decide to eat here.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant - ever. I arrived and placed my order of 2 large pizzas and subsequently waited an hour and a half for them to be made when the original wait time was 20 minutes. The wait wasn't the worst part. The place was run by teenagers wearing spandex, pajama pants, dirty Crocs, and nearly all of them were walking around with vapes literally in their hands. Service was awful and no one was helpful and the whole place just felt dirty. Watching them make pizzas wearing dirty pajama pants, no gloves, no hairnets, was just gross. Will never be returning. However there was a nice boy named Landen (I think) who tried to keep us updated about a time estimate for our food.
