I went to the Strongsville location walked in. There was 945 and the gentleman walked out after a couple minutes and said hey we cleaned everything up already we’re closed. I thought that was pretty crappy seeing that your hours are open till 10. I get off work coming here with the family to get some food and the gentleman tells me he’s closed and you’re not closed. You don’t close till 10 o’clock. Very sad. I could be reached at

Disgusting. Ordered a sandwich for lunch, unwrapped it and the avocado is brown and there’s hair immediately sticking out, unwrapped it more and there’s lots of hair. Lost my appetite and did not eat.

November 7, 2025 at about 6:15 PM. This was the first time I’ve tried this place, and I decided to order the BLT wrap (with avocado), to go. The guy who took my order was welcoming, professional, and asked me to let him know if I have any questions about the menu. The other two workers, though, were strictly business and not at all personable. - which is OK but, not the right vibe which any business should be putting out there in such a competitive industry. It was obvious that the guy who took my order cares about this business & his customers. Places like this need more people like him. As for the wrap, which costs $10.39 (including tax), I think there should have been more of everything added to it, considering this price level. This wrap is not very big, so it certainly could have used larger servings of each ingredient. Also, the bacon was undercooked and a bit rubbery, which definitely isn’t cool.
It seems that more places like this have popped up lately, which try to offer a unique atmosphere but severely over-charge for mediocre fast food. It’s disappointing, and I will not be a returning customer.

Extraordinary incompetence. We placed an order through Uber Eats, and 3 driver's were turned away over the course of 1 1/2 hours because the order was never ready. 2 hrs after ordering, we received only one of our two subs, the one we did get had no toppings, no cheese, nothing! Its was a few crappy pieces of meat thrown on smashed bread. This is comical at best. Terrible!
Stopped in after placing an order online. Restaurant was somewhat messy. Tables were dirty, as were the floors. Food came up pretty fast. Food tasted as it should have from a Potbelly shop. Employees were busy and didnt interact because we placed online, they just placed the order on the shelf for prepaid/orders. Plenty of parking. Handicap spots available. Outdoor seating was also an option.

Hello Foodies this is Steven the foodie guy first time here last time here tastes like fake turkey I mean it's real but it tastes like fake versus a real turkey breast just why won't be back no more it's not my choice of Subs hot Subs turkey does not taste good out of the oven but you guys are not my favorite sorry and I won't come back over again wasted money
