Stopped in after placing an order online. Restaurant was somewhat messy. Tables were dirty, as were the floors. Food came up pretty fast. Food tasted as it should have from a Potbelly shop. Employees were busy and didnt interact because we placed online, they just placed the order on the shelf for prepaid/orders. Plenty of parking. Handicap spots available. Outdoor seating was also an option.
Tried the new Potbelly location in Strongsville and had a great experience! The Mediterranean sandwich was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The place has a nice, cozy ambiance, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s a great spot for a quick, tasty meal. Definitely a great addition to the area.
It was our first time experiencing a Potbelly sandwich shop. First off, I have to say that the three people working on Super Bowl Sunday were really great. They answered our questions. They were friendly. Great people. And they did an excellent job making our food. Everything was full. So my critique of this restaurant has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. I don't know who comes up with the recipes for the franchise, but nothing was great, it was all just ok. Everything...
