“Just a heads up that they can't utilize the app for coupons, etc. since they are also a Subway location. This is across the board for any Auntie Anne's/Subway locations which I did not know until I had already ordered but that's no big deal. Besides that, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the food/frozen lemonade was decent.“

“All of us love auntie Anne's. But when you buy a pretzel and it's been sitting there awhile, it isn't exactly what you expected. They seemingly only start making them once they are out of only one left and it then takes 12-15 minutes to have a new batch. Of course those are excellent. However, I realize that's hard to manage in food service. They usually have enough seating.“

“I'm not sure if this is the concourse B location or not but my experience was there. However, Gary went above and beyond! He was exceptionally kind, and helpful, friendly and welcoming. He really made my day better, I had a bad start to my day, and sometimes all it takes is a little extra kindness and compassion. Give Gary a raise and a promotion. Gary cares. Be more like Gary. That's how you lead by example. Thanks Gary, sincerely a weary traveler who you made my day better, with just a simple act of kindness.“

“Stopped here to get my kids some pretzels. My youngest has a dairy allergy. They went out of their way to make him fresh pretzels without butter. They even got the salt to stick so they weren't plain. They were very nice about it.“
