A trip to celebrate a friend's birthday. We met at 2:00 at the Strongsville location. Perfect timing as only 5 tables were busy. Excellent wait staff- Jen, who assisted us in making the lunch enjoyable. We started off with a cocktail and appetizers. The Cosmo was refreshing. The appetizers were fried. The sizes were small so they tasted more fried than cheesy. However, the sauces help with eating.I feel the fried mac and cheese was more about the fried/ not about the pasta. The ratio is off. Then too large for the tin the sauce came in. Maybe because we split the appetizer, I cut it into portions, and then dip didn't seem a correct way to eat. Should I have poured it on my plate- maybe. For the sauce for the fried Mozzarella stick, I think I would prefer a marina sauce- this sauce was more like a salsa in texture. Too thick. My friend had a big Ceasar Salad with huge croutons that she said melted when she ate them. I chose the Bibb-Bleu. I liked the big chunks of gorgonzola since the buttermilk ranch dressing was diluted. Wasn't creamy, just made my romaine wet. It came with pickled onions and lots of prosciutto bits, it was large enough to see it was real bacon. Same with the halves of walnuts. My friend and I share craft habits and collect pens, I gave her some as a gift. Jen overheard and offered her one of her pens- from the Avon Heritage Festival (formerly the Duck Tape Festival). On the side, you pull a tab, and a sheet of crafts is printed on it. A regular customer was there (Frank) his birthday was last week- so he offered to pay for our second cocktail and then offered to tell us about himself...I haven't been in a Macaroni Grill in over 10 years and the last one was in California. I always loved the ambiance of the room and it hasn't changed.Jen made the day by offering a decadent dessert complimentary from the restaurant. I gave three stars- I haven't given 5 stars yet, and the food was a little disappointing.****This was my first visit to this location. However, I always got to a location if possible 3 times to really get a sense of the business. Until next time :)

We had a great time!! Our server Alex was AMAZING!! Very kind and respectful!! Even entertained the kids!!The manager was also absolutely AWESOME! He checked on us multiple times to ensure we had the very best experience!!Very family friendly table cloth and unique double ended crayons!The whole family loved it!!Kid-friendliness: Kids had a great time!!Parking: Spacious

Jordan and Alex took great care of us on July 3, 2023. Our food tasted great and when Alex recommend the Brussel sprouts, I was apprehensive but they were amazing!! Both Jordan and Alex checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food , service and atmosphere!Parking: Convenient

Terrible service! Waitress disappeared for 20 minutes. We asked a passing waiter if we could get more bread. He said yes and then disappeared too. Never got our bread. Never got refills on our drinks. My lasagna was cold and the chicken parm was over cooked. The place was empty. We were one of 3 tables but could not get proper service. I would have returned my food if our waitress ever came back. This was my first and last trip. $50 for this is not worth it. All the reviews say the same thing about poor service and cold food. WHY DONT YOU FIX THIS????FYI, the restaurant did contact me after I submitted the online form. They said ‘Sorry’. That’s it. I won’t be back
We dined at 6 on a Sunday evening. The place wasn't very busy, but it appeared there was only one server working the entire room. We waited a very long time to place drink orders, then waited even longer for drinks to appear No water. When we finally ordered, one person in our party didn't received the correct entree. Another 20 minutes passed without anyone checking on us. The food that was served was fine, but the experience was not welcoming or pleasant. After such a long wait without the food, we asked for a to-go container and promptly left. The bill was adjusted by 25% as a courtesy. There must have been a serious management issue. I'd hesitate going back.

From the moment we walked in till the second we left, we were immersed into an authentic Italian experience. The wine was such a great deal, the bread, hot and fresh and the table the options…limitless.Austin is amazing, and always takes care of us every visit. We come back for all special occasions, holidays, birthdays, and more.

Food was good. Our service was a bit slow but the food made up for that. The portions were generous for the price. I had the signature mac and chaeese witch tasted good. Our server was very nice. An overall great experience.

For a Friday this restaurant was empty. After the service we received, I can see why. Not sure waiting more than five minutes to even see our server in an empty restaurant is acceptable. Refills seemed to be a hassle and food was just ok. If it was not for our friends who paid I would have felt ripped off. Not sure what happened to you guys, but your failing in all the wrong places.

I don't think I've ever written a poor review. However, I have never had a meal so awful in my entire life. I don't know how you can screw up a pasta dish, but they were able to do that. I ordered the choose your own pasta with the sauce on the side. Whatever oil was in this pasta tasted like it was probably from weeks ago. After two bites, I could not eat anymore . It was absolutely disgusting . Everything, and I mean everything, was ice cold including my husband's entire meal. I would never ever go back!
I know it was mother's day, was also our anniversary was very disappointed in the service. Over an hour to get our salads, was a struggle to even get the bread. At an hour and 20 min server came back and asked what we ordered again. Should have said cancel the order but did not want to wait somewhere else.At 1:45 finally got our entree's... Chicken was like warm, server Austin only checked in after food was eaten.... Finally had enough and asked for our water glasses to be filled was empty for most of dinner, we asked for the check. Very disappointed and not worth the trip.

The restaurant was uncomfortably COLD. I was wearing warmer clothes than I usually would but I was still cold. My wife wore her jacket the whole evening and several members of our group were complaining about how cold it was.

Olivia was a very attentive server. Food was good although I thought that 18.00 dollars for pasta and some cut vegetables was a little pricey. Salad should have been included for that price. Rosemary bread was outstanding. And although I mentioned that I had salt restrictions , the bread came with a salted topping which I really did not notice after I had some. Otherwise, I did enjoy my meal as did the other guests at my table. We were not rushed to leave.

Love this place! The food is fantastic with plenty of good options to pick. I went for the Signature Mac & Cheese, and it was good. Friendly staff. The atmosphere is beautiful with a nice mood for a calm nice dinner. Definitely coming here again soon.
