There was a young white male at the counter while im still moving down the line ordering yelling do you guys need anything to drink more than 4 times while we're trying to order sides with my kids and wife there. I didn't want them to feel how upset I was than the dude throws the receipt at the tray right into our food.. im never going there again and there lucky I had my family with me.. thanks for the service...

Service is what you would espect for mall food court but the food was disgusting. Pizza was cold and chewy, the stromboni was all crust with almost zero filling and tasted like it was not heated, 2.99 for a drink that was supposed to be included in the meal which was a full cup of ice and maybe 4 oz of pop. It was a complete waste of money for garbage food. We went to a tavern in Brunswick the next day and had two 12oz striploins with two sides and 2 kids meals for the same cost as Sbrarro. Never again Sbrarro.

Had a problem with an online order. Person in charge took care of it. The food was wonderful as usual. Sbarro pizza is outstanding and highly underrated. They are my favorite pizza around. Yes.....mall pizza is my favorite pizza! And I'm 100% Italian.

5 The staff at Southpark Strongsville is Outstanding! Customer focused and very efficient- and they make great pizza. Aaron, Bob, Mindy and staff provided many good meals. The prices, especially on Fridays, are good too. We'll be regulars for sure!
First time ordering a whole pizza from the Southpark Mall Sbarro. Pizza was hot when I picked it up. The employee was friendly and helpful. Pizza was super yummy... my kids destroyed it 😆 We always get food from here when we go to the mall... we even do special trips just to eat there. I would definitely order a pizza to-go again!

Staff refused to provide second refill without additional payment. They should have posted that or informed me before purchase. I drink a lot of fluids when I eat and would have chosen a different option if I would have known. With a food court full of resteraunts, Sbarro will not get my business again. I hope saving a nickle of soft drink is worth losing business from my family in the future. Do better Sbarro.
