This branch is much better, the place is clean. No toilet smell. Food is always good. I love the shake sauce.

I got food poisoning and haven’t felt good or been able to eat ever since! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I came in here Saturday on a self date just wanted some time to myself haven’t been out in a long time and I really needed that time for me mentally. I spent $66 just to not feel good for 3 days. I mean one of the worse feelings I have ever felt and this is coming from a women who’s lung collapsed from endometriosis so this says a lot! I was sweating profusely, hot and cold for three days couldn’t eat anything throwing up, headache I felt like I was about to pass out. I felt like I literally was about to die. Meanwhile my mom stopped eating seafood years ago from a location in Cleveland heights same restaurant that she got food poisoning from. I’m thinking because it’s a different location and years later that it would be better NO! I am literally scared to even eat out or even eat anymore because of this awful experience.

I If I could get my $152 back, I absolutely would. Our experience here was nothing short of awful. The service was unprofessional, the dishes were visibly dirty, and—worst of all—my entire family ended up with food poisoning. Don’t walk… RUN, RUN, RUN away from this place if you value your health.

No one should have to worry about getting sick from simply going out to dinner, let alone having everyone at the table fall ill afterward. It’s unacceptable and honestly alarming.

We decided to give this place a try because we saw a beautiful reel on Facebook and thought it looked amazing. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. What we got was a total disappointment—a flop, a fail, and a full-blown health hazard.

Extremely disappointed and sincerely hope the owners take these issues seriously before someone ends up even worse off.

I want to start by saying the restaurant itself was nice and clean, so I had high hopes walking in. Unfortunately, the service and food did not match the atmosphere. Our server came to the table, set the water down without a greeting, and walked away immediately. When he finally returned, he simply asked if we were ready to order. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I was disappointed. I always greet my tables warmly and introduce myself, but I actually had to ask him what his name was.

When our food arrived—extremely quickly—I realized why. The seafood boil was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered Cajun and garlic butter mixed with a medium spice level, and it still had absolutely no flavor. Completely bland… just eww. I work at a seafood restaurant (Juicy Seafood on Harvard Park), and our food has 100 times more flavor. You can actually taste the seasoning there. I wanted to try something different today, but I left extremely disappointed.

Had date night here. Highly recommend the boil combos ! I had medium heat and if you want it spicier I’d go a step above. I’ll be back !

One of the best seafood boils in Cleveland! Whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. The Cajun mild sauce is great! Jack was awesome too. We will definitely be returning!

The food delish. For the bowls, the portions are what was expected. It's great to be able to customize your own if you want, items and spice level. The lobster and scallops entree was overpriced for what you get. The scallops are very small and you get 2 very small tails. The scallops used for the appetizer were pretty big, so I was able to see the difference. All in all, I would eat here again.

Terrible experience I should have known not to go in there there was only two cars in the parking lot to the point at first we thought they were closed!! I feel like that was a waste of money and I went there to treat a family member to a birthday dinner. Terrible and bland

Service was okay just like a normal restaurant, everything was going well towards the end thats where the server had given my friends their checks took them over to the register to pay and then ended up scamming the both of them, when the first friend went to pay she says “this pen ran out use this one and sign here” little did they know she was making them sign to give her tips, then when the second friend went to pay she did the same exact thing. “This pen ran out use this one and sign here” youre question may be well why didnt they pay attention. This was my bestfriends birthday night we were trying to eat and get back into town so when we got into the car and realized 14.00 extra was charged to an already 77$ ended up paying little more than 90$, so we went back in and told them politely that my friends did not mean to tip that much it wouldve been reasonable if it was 5 dollars like a normal tip but instead ended up paying 14$ extra then when we told them about how my friends didnt mean to tip they said “okay we send refund” a day goes by and 5$ more ends up coming out of her card. Ive tried finding corporate, talking to a manager, apparently this place has no higher ups? And going through these reviews this is not the first time they did this to somebody and how the server finessed a tip this was most definitely not her first rodeo. The food isnt all that youd save your time and money someplace else and i promise you that.

Service was amazing. We received our dishes lightning fast. I have no idea how they did it. It seemed to defy the last of physics for making Mac & cheese, let alone everything. All of our food was hot and delicious. Our server made some excellent suggestions!
