Square 22 Restaurant and Bar

We had a great evening visiting with friends and enjoying the delicious meals. Our service was amazing. Everything about our experience was fantastic! We can't wait to return.

Lunch was delicious with a unique, varied menu. Server Trey was excellent. Ambiance was perfect for 3 friends to connect in an elegant, but comfortable environment.

The food is always amazing and great value. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's hard to find a restaurant with amazing food and staff!! Thank you Square 22 for making our anniversary so special!!

Always a great time at Square 22! I met a friend for lunch. They were able to see me right away. My friend was a little late, but that was no problem. They did not try to rush us out. They even checked in on me while I was waiting for her. Also, it was a little cool in the restaurant so they turned off the fans. Later, the waiter asked if I was interested in them turning off the air itself as it was a little drafty. I said yes and they happily did it. It was lunchtime so I had the two for $20. Definitely a full meal— nice house salad, and the chicken Brulé sandwich was really good! 

This was our first time dining here. Everything was excellent. We both had a steak for dinner. Both were cooked to perfection and among the best we have eaten. The service was exceptional. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely dine here again.

First time diner at Square 22. I met someone for a business dinner/interview. We were seated in a great booth in the corner that gave us some desired separation from the total business of the restaurant. I thought the atmosphere was outstanding. The service was excellent. Both the other person and me really enjoyed our meals. I had chicken breasts, corn and fingerling potatoes along with a bowl of the featured service. Everything was excellent. I'd go back here in the future.

The food was unfortunately not worth the money. Was hoping to have a higher quality of steak and that just wasn't the case. The food was mediocre at best for the amount of money you pay. The service was ok, our waitress had a lot going on at once. The live music is a nice touch but was very loud. We could not hear each other talk at the table. Probably will not return due to the quality and cost.

I love this restaurant... Great food, great ambience. The only thing that bothered me was we sat on the patio last night because it was a beautiful night and the entire table next to us was smoking cigarettes and it was absolutely repulsive. So I will not sit on the patio again if they allow smoking. 🤮

I visited this place today. First visit was many years ago. Amazingly cool decor here. Feels like a place that belongs in Tremont. But no, you are in Suburbia. I didn’t feel like spending a ton of $$ so I ordered a bowl of Chicken Paprikash, thinking it would fill me up. Mind you, I ordered the BOWL and paid $13 for it. What came out fit inside a glorified gravy boat. I would hate to see what the $7 cup looks like. The Paprikash was excellent, mind you..just not worth $13. Still hungry, I asked for the price for a small side
of fries. $9! My buddy ordered a burger. Presentation was great, but his “side” of fries = a thimble of them…maybe 7 fries in total. Folks, you will like the food here, just be prepared for overpriced, tiny meals with a chic, industrial atmosphere to experience it in. Service was great. However, there are much better value dining experiences in the area. Hell, go to a dive bar in Berea called the Hydrant on Thursday and get a proper bowl of Parikash that comes with bread for almost half the price. And it’s delicious to boot.

Always a wonderful place for dinner with my husband or friends. Best ambiance for Strongsville!

I’m a business traveler who is always looking for a new spot where I can enjoy a comfortable atmosphere and good dinner (that isn’t just another sports bar type place) while sitting on a restaurant bar stool. After 6 years traveling to Brook Park area, I finally felt this was ‘it.’ Sure it helped that they were having 1/2 off all bourbon on that day, but that won’t stop me from going back any other day of the week.

Food a little disappointing. Service was excellent.

We enjoyed filet and pork chops at our table. The food was excellent. Our server, Mackenzie, was very knowledgeable and friendly!
