So I went to starbucks today to get my drink and sure enough, I looked everywhere, no American Flag in sight, not inside, not outside or anywhere. But of course, the l g b t q flag, was front and center! Never come to the Starbucks. I never go to any place that tries to enforce their beliefs on me and uh is not proud of the country. They portray this flag in their store. A flag that stands for everything against america. Please keep your opinions and beliefs to yourself and dont shove them down our throats.

they get everything done so slowly. the people who work there act like they’ve never made coffee before
I drove up, there were more than 9 cars in the drive thru line. I decide it’ll be quicker to park and go in. I’m the only customer in the store and order 1 large iced chai pumpkin spice latte, that was all. I sit for 20 minutes as they clear their entire drive thru as well as all their to-go orders before finally getting to mine. After 20 minutes of watching 2 baristas do nothing but stand around and stare at me I was finally handed my drink..and it was wrong. Like completely not a thing about it was right. This was literally the worst service ive had and will not be returning to this location. IT BLOWSSSSSSS

How does Starbucks consistently not make enough cold brew? They know their sales, it's all recorded. Employees have no sense of customer service or a sense of urgency during busy or slow hours. Management needs a wakeup call.

Bad experience. Nobody in line, still took forever. Coffee was about half full. Tasted okay. Won't be making a mistake ordering from here again.

This Starbucks is so disappointing. Whoever is truly in charge should not be allowed to be in charge of a retail store or anything for that matter. I have been going here since the day it opened and things started going downhill about a year ago. Today was the final straw. They made my drink wrong and when I tried to have it remade I stood at the counter for 20 minutes being ignored. There’s mistakes and then there’s “I don’t care”. You can guess what this one has become.

Never really understood the Starbucks hype but in a pinch it's usually decent enough. Not this one. It started off with terrible service, with two employees standing at the register talking to each other and completely ignoring me and then when they finally turn barely even acknowledged me. Just got a regular coffee like I usually do and man, that was probably the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Couldn't get past a few sips. Very burnt taste and was really undrinkable

I purchased 2 coffees, and they both were only half full. I paid $6 dollars for half a cup of venti coffee and $4 dollars for a half cup of tall coffee. Never had this experience at any Starbucks location before. I am very disappointed in this location.

They aren’t even busy and I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the register. Then wait another 15 minutes for my food. It’s ridiculous. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

when I went inside I ordered a coffee and a bun. The coffee was delicious and the bun was cold (I ordered warm) I waited for my order for 20 minutes.. My child started to get very angry and so did I.. I think you need more people to there was no delay!! I will never go to your institution again!!

Sad employees who don’t even acknowledge the customers. The iced coffee tastes better poured out on the ground. Mismanagement is obvious here, this store used to be good years ago. Just close the doors its only a matter of time before you start losing money.
