Starbucks

I would love to buy an edible cup of coffee here in Starbucks.

I hate that I don't catch their name, but my daughter wanted to try Macha for the first time, so I asked if I could get a water just in case she doesn't like it. They said if she didn't just bring it back. She did NOT like it, so I went back up, I didn't see them but I started telling the cashier and the story and started ordering something else. They ended up telling the cashier to give the new drink to us for free since my younger daughter was brave enough to try something new today. It was great to show her that when, as a customer, if you are honest, nice and speak respectively to a Barista, Hospitally professional or anyone in service, you get rewarded. Not always of course, but a majority. Thank you!

If I'm paying more than $5 for a coffee, waiting 15+ minutes, and catering to the limited availability of items, it would be nice if at minimum, the order I'm giving you face-to-face is actually followed.

Usually I don’t have issues here so I’m surprised about this happening. I can’t have dairy so I order coconut milk. They put whipped cream on my drink. No big deal. I informed the barista I ordered no whip because of dairy intolerance and even apologized for them having to remake it. The girl said absolutely nothing to me at all. Just grabbed the drink out of my hand looking annoyed and silently remade it. I love this location but I don’t understand why they gave me the cold shoulder when they messed up my drink and I was nice about it. It was also dead because it was a Tuesday, it’s not like I was holding up the line…

workers are so rude for no reason

Always out of something mostly nitro or cold brew. They never know when they will have more or when things will be fixed.

I give it four stars, because it usually takes a while for me to get my coffee. When I come here, there’s always a huge line. But I will say stuff is always friendly and the coffees are always yummy!

So rude!! Placed a mobile order said it was ready still had to wait an additional 20 minutes! Oh top of that my drink wasn’t made correctly. If there’s anything that needs to be worked on in this mall it should be the employees at this Starbucks! Unbelievable!!

I was really surprised at how long the wait was at this Starbucks. I've witnessed a lot of the busier ones but this one seemed to have a decent flow of guests filing through. The queue of people waiting for their orders was over 25 at one point. Perhaps they were short handed or extra busy but I felt like it took 15 to 20 minutes for our order. The service was friendly and helpful as well.

Staffs attitude were terrible. Some staffs were just too busy talking even when there were customers standing in line waiting. Customer asked for water and told to go back to the line to order. WILL NOT RETURN.
