Usually I don’t have issues here so I’m surprised about this happening. I can’t have dairy so I order coconut milk. They put whipped cream on my drink. No big deal. I informed the barista I ordered no whip because of dairy intolerance and even apologized for them having to remake it. The girl said absolutely nothing to me at all. Just grabbed the drink out of my hand looking annoyed and silently remade it. I love this location but I don’t understand why they gave me the cold shoulder when they messed up my drink and I was nice about it. It was also dead because it was a Tuesday, it’s not like I was holding up the line…

I give it four stars, because it usually takes a while for me to get my coffee. When I come here, there’s always a huge line. But I will say stuff is always friendly and the coffees are always yummy!

So rude!! Placed a mobile order said it was ready still had to wait an additional 20 minutes! Oh top of that my drink wasn’t made correctly. If there’s anything that needs to be worked on in this mall it should be the employees at this Starbucks! Unbelievable!!

Terrible workers they were completely rude over the phone when I called them to see if they could fix something because when I ordered from the app it purchased a gift card when I only purcbased a drink and could tell me why they couldn't give me my money back. Even the Manager was just rude saying she never heard me and hung up and I had to call again she also said she didn't hear me when she clearly could

I was really surprised at how long the wait was at this Starbucks. I've witnessed a lot of the busier ones but this one seemed to have a decent flow of guests filing through. The queue of people waiting for their orders was over 25 at one point. Perhaps they were short handed or extra busy but I felt like it took 15 to 20 minutes for our order. The service was friendly and helpful as well.

Staffs attitude were terrible. Some staffs were just too busy talking even when there were customers standing in line waiting. Customer asked for water and told to go back to the line to order. WILL NOT RETURN.
