Workers didn’t even acknowledge me. I was waiting for help and they ignored me. I paid $7 for this drink and this is what I got? All ice? This isn’t right.

Everytime me or my sister have gone here they always seem to be out of a lot. This time cold foam and anything strawberry. We waiting a while to even pay than longer to get our drinks. They seemed to only have 2 people but the two cars after us had their drinks already made and waiting.

Every time anyone comes to this location something is always up, I just went and apparently they can’t take any customers because their water is running out. That sounds very stupid of an excuse to not do their job!

The employees at this Starbucks location are amazing. They are kind, courteous, and quick with your orders. I asked Bethany to write “#1 Mom” on my wife’s drink and she personalized it to make an awesome surprise. Bethany rocks and is the reason why I’ll keep coming back to this Starbucks!

The worst Starbucks in the area. Rude workers, wait times are insane (even when the place is empty), all around disaster. Spare yourself and go a few minutes up the street to the pearl road location.

typically good besides i was the only one there right before 6pm on 6/18/2025 and the two employees were too busy talking about the lady wearing slides to work as her choice of footwear instead of making my drink, sat there way longer than I needed to AND made my drink completely wrong

Not much to like about this location, but it’s not the employees’ fault. They are very frequently understaffed and overworked and it’s apparent with the rushing and stressful atmosphere. They need help. Old drinks are often just sitting on the pickup counter that nobody has taken for some reason. Maybe customers who didn’t want to wait any longer or order ahead drinks that they are late for. The physical location also sucks. It’s awkward to get to being a little isolated plaza within a plaza. The drive thru line of cars floods into the lot blocking parking spaces and the plaza main road. The inside isn’t a nice place to sit and relax. If it’s even remotely busy, you won’t find an open seat, but if you do, you can just enjoy the crowd of 5-20 people all standing right there waiting for their drinks. Not sure what corporate was thinking with this, especially for a large city like Strongsville. They need a bigger building.

I get that people like the drive thru option, but the old location in the Target plaza was so much better overall!
