Please actually feel your large drinks up instead of putting a medium amount of liquid in a large cup when somebody pays for a large. Thanks
This is the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They need new management & better employees. Just terrible. The newer location on Pearl is next level good...Especially compared to this location. I try to avoid and go to the others.

I am a senior citizen. I at times have a hard time using apps. Bethany helped me use an offer I received. She was so kind. The people at this location were constantly fulfilling orders, whether they were done inside the store, the drive thru, or in advance using the app.

I don't stop here often. Today was not their day. I asked about the pecan latte. Eventually we (Barista & myself) that its a syrup and I wanted regular milk...not oatmilk. It was a struggle. My drink was made promptly and it felt light. I know that this latte was not poured correctly and did contain the correct amount of milk. Truly, how could I prove it? I was a Barista for this company for 10yrs+ and was schooled in the correct way to make drinks.
Anyway, my point being check your drinks for accuracy and please just visit the local coffee houses and stop patronizing this terrible company!!! Today, was my last day. I will never visit another Starbucks.

Slowest Starbucks in the area. 7 minute wait at the window with only car ahead of me. Can't make a simple iced coffee with normal amount of half and half correctly. Attached is a photo of half and half with coffee, not coffee with half and half. I asked for normal amount of half and half. If this was a one-off I wouldn't bother reviewing it but this happens every time I come to this location. Can't even imagine what it would look like if I asked for extra cream. Unacceptable. The manager is going to give me the cut and paste generic contact Starbucks. I already did. Shouldn't have to do that every visit.

Workers didn’t even acknowledge me. I was waiting for help and they ignored me. I paid $7 for this drink and this is what I got? All ice? This isn’t right.

Everytime me or my sister have gone here they always seem to be out of a lot. This time cold foam and anything strawberry. We waiting a while to even pay than longer to get our drinks. They seemed to only have 2 people but the two cars after us had their drinks already made and waiting.

Every time anyone comes to this location something is always up, I just went and apparently they can’t take any customers because their water is running out. That sounds very stupid of an excuse to not do their job!
