Great atmosphere, good quality coffee, and solid service. Whenever I visit my doctor, I swing by here for a cup of coffee. Sometimes I'll spend an hour just reading and sipping my cup-o-joe.
I know my doctor doesn't like me adding sugar, but this is how I stay sweet. 🤣😂

This is the best Starbucks in Strongsville. The one on 82 is absolutely terrible. This location is always quick with service and accurate. Never have issues. Friendly staff. Bonus is they have the USA Flag on the wall. Love it.

Consistently the slowest line and worst customer service of any Starbucks I have been to. Day of the week and time of day literally doesn’t matter. Waiting in a drive thru line for 25 minutes with only five cars in front of you is absurd.

I usually order a grande Pike Place coffee, but at this branch it doesn’t taste the same as other Starbucks I go to. The bakery items also seemed not fully fresh, still a bit frozen inside.

Tables and restaurant was very clean. Used the bathrooms and both were very clean. I especially appreciate the baby changing table being super clean! The cleanest I’ve ever used for a public bathroom. Thank you.

Love to buy my coffee in the morning and love the morning staff they are so nice,we are like family i see them every morning they even know whats my drink and they make it perfect every time.
Came here about 5 minutes ago and staff was so kind and patient. Even with our large order they were able to accommodate us and bring everything to our car. Easily the best Starbucks in Strongsville!

This place has no atmosphere very basic and it needs cleaning. The staff does a very good job of avoiding any interaction with customers. Go to your local coffee shop support places vested in your community. I won't come back.
