Every morning I come here before I go to work around 730-740 every time I order, it is always ready and made to perfection!!! Most Starbucks I go to doesn’t make it right or always yells at me for asking for some corrections, BUT this one pearl rd is way above awesome!!!! The staff that works there are all so so nice cheerful this place deserves 5+ stars! I LOVE yall!!! My drink is usually complicated because I cannot have any milk foam so they went above and all to make sure I don’t have any yall ROCK!!

There is a reason Starbucks revenues are down each quarter based upon their lack of good service. Paying $8 bucks for a coffee drink and consistently getting a subpar effort totally ruins the start to my day and all the other people just trying to get a quality drink. If I ask for a flavored and commonly ordered drink, it is not a stretch to expect it to be made that way.

I’m gonna make this review short because I’m not wasting my time on people who can’t use their own time to do the job they applied for. Every time I go to this Starbucks it is closed whenever it should be opened and says it is open on the app. What’s the point of the store if it’s never opened.

Couldn't get much worse. The girl taking the order was nice and then I got a cup of milk for what was supposed to be my drink. I can bet at this point that every time I get a drink from here it is going to be terrible. They need some serious training at this location. I am pretty much done with Starbucks overall at this point die to high cost and subpar drinks.. It's gone so far downhill I don't think it can get back up.

I wanted to share my recent experiences at locations. On my first visit, I ordered a quad espresso (four shots). However, the barista seemed confused and initially tried to give me only a double espresso. While misunderstandings happen, I found her response quite rude, which made the experience uncomfortable.
On a separate visit today, I ordered the same quad espresso. Unfortunately, the coffee didn’t taste as expected, and I suspect it wasn’t prepared correctly. This left me disappointed, especially since it happened twice. It also seemed that some of the staff weren’t fully engaged in their work, which may have affected the quality of service and coffee.
I hope you can address these issues, as I enjoy your coffee but would like to have a more consistent and pleasant experience.

Huge shoutout to this location - power outage and everyone had the same idea to come to Starbucks. The drive thru line was to the street and the dining area was packed. All the workers were being so helpful and working quickly. Specifically thank you to Suzanne for being so helpful really appreciate it!

I am so sick of this location. I work down the street and this location is the closest. I have been having problems with them since December. Such as forgetting to add cold foam(which is extra money) to not making the recipes correctly. I will say they do remake the drinks when I return. But it’s starting to become regularly and I am getting fed up. I never write reviews but today I have time.

Today they had to make my drink THREE times. The first time it had no cinnamon dolce flavor at all. I immediately went back to the store and asked for it to be remade. The manager had the barista with braids remake it yet again, and told her don’t forget the cinnamon dolce pumps, she responded back that she did add it the first time with her funky attitude. Well I’ll be darned, she remade it again and the SAME nasty BITTER expresso and milk flavor persisted. And not only was it nasty, she was rude and slid it across the counter instead of asking me to make sure my drink was correct. The customer service aspect is not there for her, nor is her barista skills. She needs to be retrained immediately.

I went back to the manager to tell her the drink was still not correct. She asked if I wanted to add an extra pump. I told her no, because when it’s made correctly it tastes great. She said other stores could be making it wrong if I’m having inconsistency(this is the only store I’ve been to that makes it nasty every single time). the manager proceeded to make the drink as the recipe called, and boom, drink was perfect!

Overall, this is beyond annoying because I should be able to pick up my mobile order and not have to turn around half way to work from spitting the drink out. This is extremely frustrating and it takes away from the fast and conveniency of the location. Someone needs to correct the poor behavior and barista skills at this location. It’s piss poor, to be honest

One employee was attentive and got me the water.

This location isn’t bad, but I asked for a water and I wasn’t given a water. I tipped them too so it kind of ticks me off.
