You should teach the skinny Indian some manners who handles people’s orders , don’t make people wait to get there order because you don’t wanna acknowledge the fact there subs getting soggy waiting for no reason… and say thank you once in a while I don’t have to buy food from you remember that. Ordered a foot-long and paid for double meat. Ordered extra veggies with extra ranch. Got home and opened it to find the chicken was pretty much nonexistent.. like 3 banana pepper rings.. two pieces of green pepper, lots of garlic aioli…no ranch.. terrible.

The most franchise subway to ever franchise. Gone here a couple times, the toaster is either not powered on and my bacon is undercooked, or they neglect to inform me they have no avocado and charge me for it anyways. HUNDREDS of gnats out by the soda machine, with little sauce cups of apple cider vinegar set out to 'deal with the problem' and because pest control costs money, I guess. On top of this, subway has ditched their traditional review system when I tried to put this on their website directly for this location. Second subway in Strongsville that turned out to be total ass. Won't be back.

Hello today literally maybe about 20 minutes ago I just placed the order for a veggie patty sub I wanted to make it a meal the lady told me that two cookies come with the meal so I decided to add two more cookies plus a bottle drink I guess they must be new but I am not worried about coming back to get my money I just left out because I must think that they need it more than I do to charge me $18 for a veggie sub meal and I only added two more cookies and a bottle of drink the drink supposed to come with the meal I gave her $20 and only got back $2.39 cents that's horrible if you ask me very bad customer service so I just made this post so that you understand that you didn't cheat me but you cheated yourself I know what you're doing to make things worse the lady literally took out the calculator to try to do the math as if she made a mistake to charge me for a veggie delight instead of a veggie patty footlong even if I still got the footlong meal it doesn't cost $18

Worst subway in this town. Waited 25 mins in line when I already placed an order online for pick up. Get some staff or maybe try hire someone from this country and u would have staff.
