Service is extremely slow even when I placed an order ahead of time. I waited in the drive through for about 25 minutes for 3 tacos. I asked for no cheese and a side of sauce and received cheese on all of the tacos and no sauce. The workers apologized for the wait but my order was completely wrong and cold. You all would be better off driving to a different Taco Bell.

Staff was incredibly rude and refused my refund on an order that they messed up originally the order was missing and “remade” when I came back for it however (after) I called and had my information taken down to come back in the next day for that refund to be retrieved the worker says she remade my order yesterday insinuating I didn’t need a refund however I explained to her that my singular taco she “remade” was old and soggy which caused it to fall apart as soon as I opened it along with the rest of my order which was $24.95 I don’t believe I should have to convince somebody to give me a refund on food that was not eaten neither me or my sister touched the food as it was visibly old and soggy I was told the manager was on her way in to do my refund after waiting over 30mins I decided to leave with the understanding that claim of her coming was false I’ve worked in fast food and can definitely understand the struggles of being busy but I will never see it as an excuse to be blatantly rude and careless when it come to the customer service that is put out.

Literally the worst location. Expect to wait 30 minutes for anything you order. That isn't including everyone else in line. I'm leaving this review as I've been trapped in line for 45 minutes now. The one guy who speaks very slowly and has a tattoo behind his ear is usually the one working the window when this happens.

The customer service at this place is horrible. They get annoyed if you order too many tacos. Also do not order through a delivery service such as Uber Eats if you want food from them. They will continue to push back the delivery time or not finish your food at all. Just horrible!!!!

waited in the drive through for 45 minutes, the woman that made my burrito said she made it with purple cabbage and tomato’s, both i had specified NOT to put on it, said she made another one so i had one burrito with tomato’s and purple cabbage and another one with just purple cabbage. then i find a hair inside, then the lid on my lemon aid wasn’t put on right and spilled all over my car. i also wanted onions and rice and neither of those were included.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever gone too! Ordered at the drive through at 1pm today and was given the completely wrong order twice and no sauce. They had 1 customer there and acted like they were too busy... I will never go back to this location again! You can take the $22.00 I wasted and try to hire som ebody that can figure out an order of 6 hard taco supremes. I know that has to be difficult???

This Taco Bell is impressively slow every time. Expect to be in the drive through 25 minutes. The order is almost never correct. Most recently we ordered a 12-pack of crunch taco supremes…we got only 11 tacos and they only had beef and lettuce on them, nothing else. Their night shift staff is always goofing off and swearing loudly at each other. If they weren’t so close to home I would go to literally any other Taco Bell.

Super, super slow service. We waited for 20 mins for our order and no one even said hello when we came in. Seats were very sticky.
Pulled into the drive thru and despite the long line, decided to wait it out. Line was moving very slow, I witnessed two cars give up and leave, but not me, I'll wait it out. 5 minutes turn to 10, 10 to 15. I shut off my car a few times to help save gas because the line was moving so slow. About 30 minutes in, I came to the point of no return. The point in their drive thru that has a curb, trapping you in. Around the 45 minute mark I finally made it to the intercom where you place your order only to be informed they can only do online orders right now. I was now trapped in the extremely slow moving line with no hope for food. I get to the window and he almost hands me someone else's food. I was too honest and said it wasn't mine, but I now look back regretting that decision. I spent an hour and a half in their drive thru only to get a few measly "free taco" coupons.

Pulled up to the drive through at 9 pm was told they were only taking mobile orders right now which idk how when you guys are open til 4 in the morning I’m not sure if it’s allowed by corporate for them to do this but I know from working in food currently that if we decided to only take mobile orders my corporate would have a heart attack, but anyway we decided to place a mobile order in hope that maybe they would have our food after we waited in like for 50 minutes but of course they did not. New management is absolutely needed in this place.
