Terrible location. Order always wrong. If you go late at night, no one there but it’s open. Seems like kids running it with no manager. I advise going to the Middleburg Hts location instead of this one.

Ordered Door Dash & half the order was missing and other items were wrong. Reordered right away and order was wrong again. You would think they would double check the order after they messed it up the first time. The Mexican pizza shell tasted & smelled old. This place is horrible!

Ordered $40 worth of food on the app with a coupon. They “had no order on their end”. Said I had to call the people in charge of the app to cancel it then reorder it. I explain that that money is already out of my account and will not be refunded until after the holiday and I can’t do that. Why can’t they just simply make the order that I already paid for??? Customer service number blamed the store manager, the store manager blamed the app customer service people. And I ended up with no food and my money not being refunded till whenever I guess.

We went through drive thru and it was fine for fast food. The young man in the window was polite.
we waited 20 minutes after yelling for help to a pay our bill then they couldn't find our order then took another 20 minutes to fix it thought we left? so they never called our name and then gave us ice cold food and then forgot to give us half our stuff and what we did get wasn't what we ordered half the staff was goofing off and the other half were on their phones and at first we were the only people there so don't think I'll be going back for a while

Every time I come to this location I always get something left out and they never put sauce or napkins in the bag. I sat here for over 15 minutes when it wasn’t busy and they didn’t even know what I was waiting for after I spoke with more then a couple people. Don’t have good customer service skills that’s for sure.
Every time I go there after 12:30 they make an excuse that the credit card terminal is broken.cash only . I was there today at around 12:50am , ordered two steak supreme burritos when I get home, it was two beans and cheese burritos. They need to hire people who wants to work and take responsibility. They also don’t give out receipts so you have no evidence to contact the corporation.the cash part is a side hustle for their pockets. No receipts. Worst place ever.

We have been in the drive through for an hour! We finally get to the window and look like there are three workers there. Not sure how many it takes to operate a fast food chain. But waiting an hour to get fast food does not make sense!!!!
