I’ve worked in this mall for over a year. And every time I come to Taco Bell, it is the most unprofessional place in our entire food court. Today I had to wait 10 minutes for A taco and A chicken quesadilla. Got back to my store to find out they gave me a completely different order. Went back to explain that not only was the item I got wrong, but they missed the freaking taco I ordered. The guy literally argued with me. Saying they make them differently and that’s definitely my order. Um, where is the taco? So, with an attitude, he made me a taco, offered no apology, handed it to me, and went back to the kitchen. So sorry that I, as a paying customer, cut into your social time, considering there a group of teens talking to the prep line, which is why nothing they do is ever right up there. I wish they’d shut it down already.

Literally the worst ever, the rice wasn't cooked, workers were rude, and there was like a single piece of chicken in my taco. Also my taco was cold. I never receive good service when i'm there so. sucks.

service was not good, kinda rude. then, i was eating my cheesy bean and rice burrito (practically DYING from hunger,) and the rice was rock hard. not cooked. at all. i threw them away and got mr hero instead.

today at South Park Mall, me, my sister and her friends went to Taco Bell for lunch. We order party pack and we ordered it with rolled chicken tacos. First of all, we didn't get a receipt we asked for, we didn't get the rolled chicken tacos and they messed up the order in general. The man who was dealing us was majorly disrespectful. This is not the first time this has happened, I went a few months ago and and got a large drink, they took so long with the order that i tore threw the large drink and my family was already almost done with their meal. Today, was just terrible service in general and when we went back he said he put us under just tacos when we specifically asked for rolled chicken tacos. We only got half of the amount of taco that he put us under. The employees sit on their phone and don't do any work at all. I will be going to customer service and telling them about what had been going on here. If it's a small business or a big business, this is NOT how you do your job at all. I don't recommend this place at all.The guys there are very disrespectful and overall terrible and rude people and place
Came here at 17:25 on Sunday, hungry and hopeful for a cheap taco deal. But bearded guy served the man in front me and denied to take my order, as if he knew that I am really hungry. I wish him very hungry life....

Zero stars is needed for this pathetic Taco Bell. Two girls working, well strike that one girl on her phone and no one at front helping any customers. Now you guys no me and how I review and it's truth. I hardly ever give this pour of review but this Taco Bell should be shut

This star isn't for (most) of the staff since the majority of them are hardworking and doing what they can with what is provided. This is for the leadership in charge of this establishment. I have come multiple times to find a single worker having to handle the whole store, during lunch and dinner time. Today the store was closed because no one was there to work it. These issues don't stem from lazy workers, it stems from incompetent management. Good leadership will ensure schedules and make sure employees want to work. Bad leadership will leave an empty store and have a high employee turnover rate. It's sad, I love Taco Bell and most of the employees who work here are really good people and excellent workers. Leadership needs to get a handle on their issues ASAP
