I hate to post negative reviews and this one hurts because we have been huge supports of this venue for over 10 years. We ordered 2 Sammie's for take out. 3 little pigs and pastrami Rueben. The slider buns were hard. As if they had sat under a lamp for hours. The bacon is a single slice of pork belly. The pastrami came out to be turkey. 3 slices of turkey. I did call when we got home and she refunded the Rueben and I thank her for at least doing that much. But this new menu no longer is meeting their prior superior level of food quality. So disappointed.

Very good experience. The burger and fries were awesome. One thing I will note is that they add an extra 3% to all credit card payments. This is not the problem. The issue I have here is that the waitress did not inform me before she totaled my bill. I was paying in cash so this didn't apply to me. The waitress happily corrected it, but it all could have been avoided earlier.

Seems like they have changed their style a bit. Restaurant looks the same but newish menu. Rectangular modern looking plates. I came for lunch to get a bowl of the gumbo which was a daily offering. Not today, I guess it shows up as a special, ordered grilled cheese which used to come with Cole slaw and fries, now only one of those. Fries used to be regular type fries now crisped with a flavoring. I usually order Big Woody draft which is always there, not now. I heard a guy ask for a light lager and he was steered to an Irish red as the closest option. Yeesh. I get it, times change maybe new owners etc, now there's golf, but there are benefits to what has worked. But no gumbo!!!

First time using their golf simulators. Distances were about 60% of my actual club distances. Server said that was a common complaint and they were new and still working the bugs out. Also even though the computer running it took forever to bring courses up, you're still on the clock down to the second at $50/hr.

Stopped in for dinner, overall food wasn't terrible. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich with a side of white cheddar Mac n cheese. The mac and cheese lacked flavor and the pulled pork seemed a little greasy. The smoked chicken pot pie and Buffalo chicken dip were tasty though. They have a great beer selection. The ambiance is a little gloomy, this place is located in a strip mall off Pearl and has dim lighting but lots of wall decor. Overall, not a terrible meal or place but probably won't be back.

Went there tonight and it was my first time trying the new menu. The bartender was amazing and answered every question I had. I'm a vegetarian and decided to get a pasta dish without chicken. He said he felt it needed something to replace the chicken and offered some suggestions. Then he went back to the kitchen to talk to them directly about my order. I ended up with a perfect combination of pasta and veggies and couldn't have been happier. The food is absolutely amazing and the service top notch! We'll be back for sure!

Surprised to see a favorite gone with the refreshed menu, black bean burger, sweet potato fries, coleslaw with your meal. New veggie burger is subpar compared to black bean burger.

Good beer selection and excellent perch tacos. The Brew Kettle never disappoints. Edit 3/8/24: Unfortunately for us, the restaurant went through a rebranding and all of our favorite dishes are gone, including the perch tacos. Sadly, we won't be back.

Very disappointed with meal. Use to be our favorite place to eat when area. I got the pulled pork Mac and cheese. Their was no mac and cheese about the dish . Noodles were mushy and floating in water. No cheesey Ness about it Sent it back got. I then got a cheesesteak sandwich talk about no flavor. Very disappointed. My husband normally loves the piergories he did not care for them either. Normally cut with a fork. Had to get a knife out to cut Very tough outside. Frozen ones have better flavor.

Burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Burnt End Poutine Fries were good, though they were not covered in a brown gravy, it was kind of a clear gravy. Very little cheese. Creamy potato beer cheese soup was TERRIBLE. Tasted awful. Weird color and texture.

Wanted to try their food again, since a new Brunswick Brew Kettle is coming soon. The food was very good, creamy chicken and rice soup was great , and the Cajun chicken pasta was fresh tasting , with perfect flavor! Their food was much better than I remembered. Now I'm super excited about the new restaurant opening!
