If you have a set pickup time and have prepaid they shouldn't overbook and have multiple people standing in line.

My coudos to staff at the Strongsville store. The way they arranged the customers by dividing online customers and walk-ins was excellent. I thought being the walk in customer I would have a wait time. But was greeted by a employee bunny directed to the right lane and serviced in record time.

Good ham, the glaze I made probably made it way better, but not good enough to charge $15 a pound. I could have bought a prime rib for that cost.

I was passed along a $50 gift card. I thought, oh I'll take a deli tray to our family get together in a couple days! Needless to say, my husband and I will eat this deli tray on our own..
This is what $60 bought: (each pic is missing 2 pcs) about 2 lbs of of ham and 2 lbs of turkey & 1/2 lbs of swiss cheese. I wasn't wowed other than the customer service and would of been embarrassed showing up with this if referring to hbh recommended servings..
