Went to this location because it was near my job. It was Good Friday, so I expected a line. It was a line , but well organized. Got to the counter, there are two employees. One gets the food the other takes payment. I wanted slices of turkey and ham. Unfortunately they were sold out. I asked the young male the price of the hams, he gave me the price per pound. I wanted to see the hams, I said let me see the price of the smaller one. He then proceeded to raise his voice and say I just told you. I had to say I want to know the total price not the per pound price. I just didn’t understand the hostility. First and last time going to this location.

My coudos to staff at the Strongsville store. The way they arranged the customers by dividing online customers and walk-ins was excellent. I thought being the walk in customer I would have a wait time. But was greeted by a employee bunny directed to the right lane and serviced in record time.
