My coudos to staff at the Strongsville store. The way they arranged the customers by dividing online customers and walk-ins was excellent. I thought being the walk in customer I would have a wait time. But was greeted by a employee bunny directed to the right lane and serviced in record time.Parking: Free parking lot. Good amount of parking spaces.

Mary was super helpful and kind. 5 stars for service!I was passed along a $50 gift card. I thought, oh I'll take a deli tray to our family get together in a couple days! Needless to say, my husband and I will eat this deli tray on our own..This is what $60 bought: (each pic is missing 2 pcs) about 2 lbs of of ham and 2 lbs of turkey & 1/2 lbs of swiss cheese. I wasn't wowed other than the customer service and would of been embarrassed showing up with this if referring to hbh recommended servings..
