Decent spot. I'll be back!
The staff was nice, however there was a hair in my food, my boyfriends glass was cracked from the middle down, and I asked to not be charged for my meal yet they charged me for my uneaten fries anyways.
Second time at The Rail. Netta was our server tonight. She was so kind and fun! Highly recommend
Very good burgers, id go back
All around great. Anthony was our server, he immediately gets a 10/10. This was my wife and I's first time here and we will be back. The decor was phenomenal and fit the theme perfectly. We loved the chandeliers and the wood planks hanging above the tables. The food was absolutely perfect. I got the BBQ chicken salad, and I swear I could eat that every day. Our server Anthony was on top of everything. We didn't wanit for a thing thanks to him. Anthony, if you see this, you should consider a career in fine dining. We will definitely be back. Check this place out if you're in the area.
1st time here, and the food was amazingly delicious 😋, I had the chicken tenders came with fries and coleslaw plus 4 different sauces and ketchup.. This place has to one of my favorite now. My wife had the BBQ chicken salad and I'm not a big salad eater but there's was one of the best I've had. And Paul was our server at the bar, stand up guy very kind and was on top of everything!! Thanks we'll be back...
Burgers were not impressive for the cost
Loaded fries were not loaded maybe about 25% were covered, was nothing close to the picture on the table
Definitely not worth the upcharge
Flat bread pizza tasted like it was frozen then reheated
Waitress was very polite and pretty fast
Will not return, not impressed for the cost
Their signature burger is the best. But really any burger from the menu is delicious. Just don’t order no-jito it was tasteless.
It was the first time I was there. The food was very good. We had an excellent server. I wish you had a rail restaurant on the east side.
It was our first time there. All the food was burned. My daughters chicken sandwich was so burned she could even eat it. The tatertots were so burned, the cheese inside was gone. The smash burger was put together so sloppy, I had to readjust everything in it. I was very very disappointed. $ 72 for 2 people is ridiculous. Will not be going there again or recommended it to anyone I know.

The food is always cold and poorly cooked, and the customer service is genuinely horrible every employee has an attitude
Nice place to grab some quick bites. Saw a social media review and decided to try it on a Friday afternoon. Son and I just grabbed some appetizers for lunch (fried pickles and pepperoni flatbread). The pickles were bland, the flatbread was good. The service was great. The server seemed less interested after I said we would only be ordering appetizers (it was 1/2 off happy hour). I understood, tipped more than usual so he still made decent cash for the hr we sat 😂.
•Loaded fries were too salty. It's all you tasted
•Fried chicken was hard on the edges
•Sweet potato fries were soggy ( it was take out )
I did like the taste of the spicy chicken burger with the spicy honey. I wouldn't consider the chicken spicy, though. Just my opinion, of course.
Good place to go locally
Was traveling for work and stopped here. Was seated promptly, service was quick, but not rushed. My server asked if we had been before and since we had not, pointed out some favorites. Had the power bowl with salmon and add the jalapeno relish, it was crave worthy! It was worth the stop.
