Loved the pizza! Chicken nice and crispy like so many people can't do anymore.

Called- they didn’t even say anything but Tommy’s pizza we are closed and hung up. Super rude won’t be ordering from there ever again… your customer service sucks!

Meatball and Italian subs were great!!!

WHY are they closed at 8pm on Fridays and Saturday!?!

I recently got the Keto pizza; doing the carnivore diet, bacon, Italian sausage, pepperoni and cheddar cheese. Absolutely amazing. The staff never disappoints.

The people here are all very rude. They blame you for stuff that wasn’t your fault like the food being overdone or whatever it is and that’s not how a customer should be treated. They should take accountability for their own actions and make things the right way. I’m not sure who the woman was on the phone either but she thought she was just gonna talk to me whatever way she felt like and didn’t try to handle the situation the correct way. I would never go there again and would recommend others not to go either. Not just the people but there is wayyyyyy better pizza places than this place for sure and I’ve been to a lot.

First time trying the food. We ordered cheese pizza and boneless wings for delivery through a 3rd party service. Food was outstanding. Easily some of the best pizza / wings we have had in awhile. Kids liked it too. There's lots of options in Strongsville for pizza but I think we are sticking with Tommy's.

4:45 on a Sunday and open sign is on, but the very young man walks out and says, sorry but we’re closing early today and refused to take an order when they are supposed to be open until 6pm. I asked for the manager and the very, very young girl came out and said I’m the manager and sorry, but we’re closing early with no remorse. Very poor customer service which is unfortunate because they have good food.

I had worked there for a few months the manager was rude and stuck up they cut my hours bad don’t recommend working there at all

RIP OFF. Never again terrible $$$. Called to inquire about issues, zero help.

The New Yorker pizza was made exactly how we asked, the apps were delicious and the Italian burger / hero was huge. I will definitely order again.

I ordered a deluxe pizza and it was burned to a crisp and called back after getting home and the young lady told it’s was well done! I didn’t know if I ordered a steak or pizza. I loved their pizza and ordered it all the time since I lived in strongsville for 24 years.
