The pizza is great, but above all I want to recognize the lady who works there, a very kind, charismatic, cute and helpful person, for people like her is that one returns to places like this, excellent service. <3

Tried several times to order from them during regular business hours and they answer and say they are closed. Place is a joke never again will I try to order there subpar food when there's 20 other places better then them with better prices

extensive menu, good food, good catering, on time delivery at least for the 3 events that I have used this establishment. These guys and gals ROCK!

We had an emergency at my job where we provide food services for our residents and because of the emergency we had to find a place last minute to feed 100 people. Not only did they have our order ready in an hour but they also helped us load our vehicle in the rain. All without complaining. Thank you so much to all the workers at Tommy's! We appreciate you!

Called- they didn’t even say anything but Tommy’s pizza we are closed and hung up. Super rude won’t be ordering from there ever again… your customer service sucks!

WHY are they closed at 8pm on Fridays and Saturday!?!

I recently got the Keto pizza; doing the carnivore diet, bacon, Italian sausage, pepperoni and cheddar cheese. Absolutely amazing. The staff never disappoints.

The people here are all very rude. They blame you for stuff that wasn’t your fault like the food being overdone or whatever it is and that’s not how a customer should be treated. They should take accountability for their own actions and make things the right way. I’m not sure who the woman was on the phone either but she thought she was just gonna talk to me whatever way she felt like and didn’t try to handle the situation the correct way. I would never go there again and would recommend others not to go either. Not just the people but there is wayyyyyy better pizza places than this place for sure and I’ve been to a lot.

First time trying the food. We ordered cheese pizza and boneless wings for delivery through a 3rd party service. Food was outstanding. Easily some of the best pizza / wings we have had in awhile. Kids liked it too. There's lots of options in Strongsville for pizza but I think we are sticking with Tommy's.
