First time trying the food. We ordered cheese pizza and boneless wings for delivery through a 3rd party service. Food was outstanding. Easily some of the best pizza / wings we have had in awhile. Kids liked it too. There's lots of options in Strongsville for pizza but I think we are sticking with Tommy's.
I had ordered the gluten free chicken because the picture showed fried chicken. so I was excited as that doesn't happen ever! the picture was a lie is was baked chicken not breaded. it could've been baked breaded and I still would be excited . I will say it tasted fine just disappointed. I also got the gluten free pizza which I got years ago and it was homemade crust. this didn't seem the case so that was disappointing too. drove out of my way for this and was left...
High quality pizza and generous serving sizes. Moreover, they are extremely customer service oriented. I accidentally put the wrong date on an order and they managed to make the order in just 15min all while being slammed with customers. The young man who helped me was my hero of the day.
