I typically go to the tropical smoothie in middleburgh heights. I was so excited when I seen it was one in strongsville. I ordered my usual açaí bowl . Upon received of my bowl, I was very disappointed. The açaí was a pail color and very hard. Hardly any flavor. The pineapples were sour , as if they were going back. Very disappointed. Never coming back to this location.

got there and waited for 5 minutes until someone actually helped us, then we got our food and went to the car and checked out food, forgot a topping, then we went back in to ask for more granola and waited 5 minutes again for someone to help even though we said “excuse me” 3 times.

Happy Summer Solstice! I was overheated and feeling ill from too much sun. They are very busy. Kind staff was quick to get me ice water and my order. I LOVE THIS PLACE! TIP WELL!!!

I brought a work colleague and I stopped in for a smoothie and they were delicious! $15 for 2 smoothies was a bit much yet again the cup size was huge. If they offered different portion sizes other huge or kid sizes ( which was not shown to us) I think I'd return soon..
They gave me my salad with no dressing.
This was my first time here. I ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie, which was amazing! The taste was so good and refreshing, and I was happy with how large it was. The reason for my 3 stars was the food I ordered. I got the American breakfast wrap, and threw most of it out. The eggs didn't seem cooked enough and there was too much cheese. I feel like I ordered the wrong thing, and will try again for a salad or lunch option.
