To owner- why are you neglecting a potential goldmine? If it’s one thing I know it’s burgers, and Five guys and Wendy’s are usually neck and neck- but not this Wendy’s though, patties are always burnt but served cold. Fries always cold.This is my cycle go to this Wendy’s get bad food- don’t go there for a year- forgot why I don’t go to this Wendy’s -try again and get bad food. Btw- I have a family of seven the bill is usually over $60 and we get fast food a couple times a week. So either get your thumb out of your behind and start running this franchise or sell it to someone who will.Btw- I don’t go home to a cold dry burger I am taking a bite of a cold yet burnt burger within 10 seconds of getting the bag. Dave Thomas would be turning in his grave if he knew about this location.

I went in for a double classic combo. The fries were good and hot. However, the meat of the burger tasted like it came out of a draw, it did not taste fresh or good at all. With the increased restaurant competition, it seems that Wendy's (maybe just this one) is missing the mark.

There food is always hot and good and the people are nice . I work in parma and the wendy in parma is horrible . I live in norton and I always come here after work at 11pm . This wendy is awesome.
Kid at the front counter has zero customer service skills. The bathroom and restaurant were clean.

Disgusting as usual, should have known better than to give this place another try after a few years ago with that nasty store manager. Place looked like a ghost town at 2:15pm (never busy anyway) I decided to get $5 biggie bag (I'm the only car there) so my jr.bacon rotten tomatoes and lettuce with black spots all over it and soggy, my nuggets were literally hollow! The fries jeez ice cold. This place needs to shut down they are just wasting space in strongsville how nasty.
Twice now I have received the wrong order even though receipt is correct, and to be told by management there's nothing that can be done is horrible business.

I had gotten a 5 dollar biggie bag with a double stacker with hunny mustard on the side. My mom got a 5 dollar biggie bag with a junior bacon. Burger bun was hard, cheese wasn’t even melted and the burgers were cold. My mom was missing her nuggets and I didn’t get my hunny mustard. And the fry’s were cold an mushy. The servers were nice but the food just wasn’t it. Very disappointing.
