I typically don’t waste my time leaving bad reviews, however me and my boyfriend were waiting in the store for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, then we were told to wait another five minutes. Mind you, they had NO cars in the drive thru. After waiting for almost 15 minutes just for them to take our order, the cashier was very rude, and the employees in the back are doing nothing but talking and swearing about other people. Their customer service needs some serious improvement, I do NOT recommend coming to this location.

Not sure what’s so hard but every single time I have been here in the past couple months my order is messed up. I am CONSISTENTLY given a SINGLE burger after paying for a double. I know Wendy’s is down bad for cash but flat out robbery is not the way. I’m owed at least $30 in stolen patties. 🙄 GET IT TOGETHER before y’all close next!

Just picked my online order up from here. The beef patties and bacon were under cooked. And they put bad tomatoes (mush like apple sauce would be)on my burger. The fries tasted stale . Both myself and my wife threw up after trying the food . Worst Wendy's location ive been to . Nd ive been to some pretty bad ones.

I don’t usually do reviews but a lot went wrong. We got take out from in the restaurant. Not only was their soda machine messed up, but when we asked to get it filled since they had no ice or coke the person at counter was very rude about it. Worst thing about it was actually when I got home and in the chicken sandwich there was a chunk of clear plastic in the middle of it.

Hello Foodies this is Steven the foodie guy usually I do restaurant reviews but I just had to say my peace today I ordered brand new chicken tenders at Wendy's Strongsville has my own by where everyone else but anyways the chicken tenders you get three of them for like 5:59 or something like that and then you get three of them they also have a five piece but I just want to try anyways there I would give them about 8.3 only difference the reason why I didn't get a higher score they should be a little bit more thicker and for those scorching hot buffalo sauce that I will give that a four the reason why it's not hot at all and it's overpowered by lots of cream or butter why buy these again I would buy the chicken tenders but I would have to have some Tabasco sauce or something nice a golden brown and delicious
