I watched the blonde lady at the window doing like 5 jobs. I only got a biggie bag and she got my order wrong HOWEVER she was so wonderful I didn't even care. Super sweet have my food rdy in like 6 mins. Amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my usual junior cheeseburger deluxe and fries. I love your fries they are always hot and crispy. The hamburger was ok had better taste before. I don't know if it was quality.

The Strongsville Wendys is “THE WORST” Wendys on this side of the Mississippi. Food is almost always cold, service takes long even when there’s no other customers, employees look like they hate their lives, manager always looks angry, pop machine sucks as the pop is always flat & the ice is always empty. How this place continues to operate is beyond me. Go to another city if you need your Wendys fix. This place needs to be renovated inside & out.
