They did not scan my loyalty card. When I asked them to I was told to contact support so I did. The line did not take calls so I emailed...no response. Not good business practice.

I’ve been there in the morning at 9 o’clock, and your donuts are always still. You need to keep a bowl of warm water in that glass to keep the donuts fresh they’re terrible.

By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It's ran and operated at a very piss poor level. The teenage employees are extremely sloppy and unprofessional. This place is run like a McDonald's in the ghetto. Kids just standing around literally doing nothing at all or being completely rude to the customers and messing up orders. I don't know what the heck the manger was doing at this time. I definitely won't be back to this location. Starbucks is the real M.V.P

Each time I order the peppermint matcha there is nothing what it says what it looks like it's supposed to have the caramel it's supposed to have the whipped cream there is no caramel there is no whipped cream so if anybody orders the peppermint matcha it's nothing what it looks like on a picture
Attitudes need to be checked And rechecked at the door. And if anybody orders their food very cold not hot coffee cold taste like it's burnt monkeys could have better quality than anybody else that works at Duncan like literally I have better service at McDonald's then I do at Duncan Duncan needs to step up their game a little bit harder when it comes down to their coffee and their quality they're supposed to be high quality coffee supposed to be high quality taste there is no high quality coffee and there's no high quality taste now Crystal time I order they screw up a wet dream sorry Duncan need to step up your game a little harder

If you don't like mouthfuls of coffee grounds don't get coffee after 12 noon . IT HAPPENS WAYYYY TOO OFTEN .

Possibly the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. It's rare to have my order be correct (even though I use the app so everything is noted exactly). On multiple occasions instead of telling me something I ordered is out of stock, they simply don't give it to me but I'm still charged. On other occasions I've been told something I ordered was out of stock, was offered a replacement, and then they never actually gave me the replacement food. I've ordered decaf and watched them give me regular (which was then fixed). I also witnessed one employee ask another employee (who was on her phone) to make my food and that employee replied with "I'm not doing that" and continued on her phone at the drive thru window. Most of the time the coffee tastes watered down, and countless times our order is just missing items. Clearly I've given this location too many chances. I would highly recommend the Market St Youngstown location as they do a MUCH better job with quality and customer service.

Literally sat with one car in front of me at the window for over 10 mins while the drink I ordered online sat there, watering down bc all the ice had melted in it. How tf is that fair, I got ripped off. This is now watered down garbage. Oh did I mention the 1 Donut I ordered was out of stock, so not only did I get a messed up drink, I couldn't even get the 1 Donut I wanted.
