I placed an online order through the app. When it was finally delivered, after almost 45 min, I went to eat the potato soup 1st. As I went to stir it, I noticed there was only 3 tiny potatoes in the soup and the rest was the soup. I was very disappointed so I called the store & asked to speak to a manager. Once Sarah , the manager, got on the phone, I explained what i had ordered and what my issue was. She said she cant control how many potatoes are in the soup. I understand that, but when you order POTATO soup, there should actually be potatoes in it. She was very rude & argumentative and not once did she apologize and offer to replace/refund the soup. I had to suggest that the soup be refunded or replaced. Im not usually a person to complain but I have had numerous issues with this location w them forgetting things w my orders and after speaking with Sarah, her rudeness and how unprofessional she handled this issue, I was definitely not going to let this go unnoticed.

To the owner of this store, I suggest you find new management for this location because Sarah has absolutely no customer service ethic at all & is not a great representation for this store as a manager. I read the reviews before I wrote this one and am not surprised at all with the reviews I read.

Jersey Mikes, Penn Station, Jimmy John's & even Subway is a better option than this Firehouse Subs location!

Everything about our first two visits to this restaurant was great. The guy behind the counter didn’t appear to be very friendly that second time around, but everything else was great. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day, as long as it’s not a habit.

Lady running had a bad attitude! She had a heated discussion with was manager, team lead. She got upset with my fiancé when she didnt hear here ask to repeat her order. And when she asked againyou could tell by her tone she was not happy. Then after I told her what I wanted and swiped my card she told me I needed to answer the questions and was pointing at the credit card read. If I wouldnt have paid I would have walked out! Food was okay. She came out and was cleaning off tables and after doing that her attitude eased a little. May not be coming back which is a shame as I like the food and what they do for firefighters as I was one.

If you like your subs soaked and soggy, then this is the place for you. Is the meat soaking in water? Both our subs buns was nasty soggy, I had alot of liquid in the sub container. So gross. They also didn't give us our pickles. Way too expensive for soaked buns.

Staff are rude, stare at you when you greet them and seem to have general contempt for their job. Food was good the one time it was made in a reasonable amount of time.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to order food. I walked in and there was no line, but one last behind the counter says, "just to warn you, it's going to be a 20 min wait." I still went up to counter. Then, the manager walked in and said very rudely, "it's going to be an hour wait." We walked out. They were understaffed and very very rude. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. Goodbye. I won't be back.

Terrible food and experience. Ordered one cold sub, took 30 minutes and they got the order wrong. One person in front of me in line. Got two cookies and both were stale. Tasted like a sub from Walmart.

The food was over 20 minutes later than what it was supposed to be. I understand rushes in food service but I would at least expect the employees to be accommodating and apologetic. The staff did not apologize once for the slow service and was even rude to customers. While I was there a customer asked to switch their order to to-go since it was taking longer. The staff just stared at him, laughed and then said “well we’re busy” before packing up their order. After that customer left the employees said that the customer was rude, the staff did nothing wrong, and that they’d like to “take the customer outside”. This conversation happened in front of me and other customers and included the manager who did nothing to stop it. This all happened today (10/19/24) around 1/1:30pm.
Like I said I have working in the service industry and totally understand rushes but this was ridiculous 😩
