I had an issue come up with my order and it wasn’t handled properly at all and I left with no resolution. I submitted a complaint and the GM, Ross, immediately called me and listened. He apologized for everything and was able to kindly and professionally resolve the issue.The food is good and I’ve been here a few times, but this was the only time I’ve had a problem.

Food is good. Workers attitude could be better they are very rude. Manager and cashier could use some people skills classes. They are nice to first responders and police though. Cold drafty eating area. Pop fountain wasn't working.

Absolutely terrible. At about 12:18 I ordered a sub through the app. Supposed to be ready at 12:30. Checked the app around 12:35. Indicated I could pick up my order at the to go shelf. It was not there. And based on the large number of people waiting it wasn't going to be anytime soon. So I get to sit around for another twenty minutes waiting for my sub. For the last ten minutes I can see my sub sitting on the counter, just sitting there. Can't wait to eat that.Here's the thing. The people working (there were three) were working hard. Another customer mentioned to me that for a period it was just one person working.First of all, if that is the case then have it be reflected on the app. If you are backed up then don't represent that the sandwich will be ready in twelve minutes. And don't have the app say my order is ready when it is not.Secondly, if you own this place then shame on you. Be staffed for a lunch crowd. Get down there yourself and start making sandwiches. Because I sat with 10 people waiting at least 15 minutes for a sandwich. Completely killing our lunch hours. This place effectively killed about 3 hours of people's time.Third, acknowledge the problem. I got handed my sandwich and nothing was said. No apology, nothing.

I really like the New York Steamer. But then, I'm heavily biased toward pastrami.? Really tender! Price is about what you'd expect for today. Good all around place if you have a couple of minutes to wait.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently tried Firehouse Subs' veggie sub, and it was absolutely fantastic! The combination of fresh veggies and delicious toppings made for a delightful meal. The chips were a perfect side, too. Beyond the delicious food, the customer service was exceptional, making the overall dining experience top-notch. What's even more commendable is that Firehouse Subs supports local fire departments, which adds to the feel-good factor of dining here. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs to anyone looking for a great meal with a positive impact on the community!Vegetarian options: Would like to see more plant based proteins maybe plant based deli meats in the future.

Terrible experience. Ordered on the app for a 12:20 pickup. I walk into the store at 12:18 and a worker checked on my order saying there were 5 orders in front of mine and it would be at least another 15-20 minute wait. This is absolutely unacceptable. What is the point of doing an online order and scheduling a pickup time if that’s not possible. Workers did not try to rectify the issue at all. We will not be coming back and will be telling everyone to avoid this location and franchise as a whole. Just absolutely terrible and can see from other reviews that this is the standard for this store and nothing has changed.
