Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a prescription online. Four days later they still had not filled it. The lady told me they would have it in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I was asking where it was. I have a Kroger prescription card. She tried to charge me almost three times what she should have. This is a common occurrence at this pharmacy. I’m going to try another Kroger before I dump them.
Shame on this store. They don't wanna pay their employees. So at 8pm they close all the registers and only keep the self checkout open. This is ridiculous
pleasant staff
They could start by not disrespecting their vendors and distributors, especially during their customers time of need.
love to shop here near my house...easy shopping...love it.
Why don’t you stock items that are on sale. You advertise your Friday and Saturday sale items and without fail most of those items are gone on Saturday! You obviously know this is happening because it happens every weekend, not the way customers should be treated!
unfortunately, feedwire is going to put them out of business. managment and staff are just not sufficient. if you order click list it is 1 hrs after time on a regular basis.
I tried to call to transfer a prescription from my mail order service to this store because it was unavailable from my usual service. I was asked (told) to hold each time i called, and would sit on hold while music played. The line would start ringing and I would here a click and the music would start again. This went on for close to 15 minutes until the fifth time of being placed on hold, it disconnected me. I called back. same result. It is impossible to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. The first person at least let me speak and said there were 5 people ahead of me. I agreed to wait since I need my medication. The other staff would just answer with "kroger pharmancy please hold" (queue music) The saddest part is the Kroger just down the way is the same exact way. I detest that my insurance company requires mail order or Kroger. The customer service pales in comparison to Walgreens! I'm sure since this is happening at both Centerville locations and was my experience at Kettering last year, this is a reflection of the company, not the employees. Staff appropriately.
This is not a true Delicatessen, though it bills itself as one, thus why I have rated it four stars instead of five. They have a fair, but not exceptional, selection of meats and cheeses available for slicing, and no cut-to-order bread at all. You cannot order a sandwich made here, nor do they have a seating area for eating, which a proper Deli would.
Kroger is a great store but we shop early so its sometimes hard to get what we want. It's either not stocked or there's no one to wait on you.
