Nice people who mean well, but the service, in the end, is deplorable. After waiting in line for a half hour (only one person helping customers) I was told that I had to wait another hour for my prescription, which had been called in the day before. NO EXCUSE FOR THAT. I am going to estimate that 50% of the time you go to pick up an order there, you do not come out with your filled Rx....always one excuse after the other. Sorry, but the Walgreens across the street is MUCH BETTER. Bye Krogers!

I wish I had the option to give 0 stars! Horrible. I called to transfer my scripts to this store because I was in the area and I really needed my inhaler. Not only were they not ready but they claimed my home store didn't release my info. Said it would be 30 before the other store called. Mind you I called hours ago!! This should have been taken care of before I got to the store! Now I am sitting in the waiting area and going to be late for class!

One star for the Pharmacy. It has to be the worst I've ever seen. Refilling a prescription should not be such a complicated and time consuming process. In some cases, it takes days to get prescriptions. Stuck with them because of insurance. Ugh!

Shame on this store. They don't wanna pay their employees. So at 8pm they close all the registers and only keep the self checkout open. This is ridiculous

horrible... the wait is long, the associates are rude, and it's almost worse when you call them because you have to wait for so long on the phone. i also witnessed the lead technician being extremely grumpy and rude to a deaf customer. he was trying to explain that him and the man with him were deaf and he was trying to help the guy get his prescription because he could talk some/a little better. the lady was impatient with them both. they're just overall rude and the wait is ridiculous. i'm writing this while i wait 30 mins for a flu shot... with nobody else in line before us. update: they've been taking extremely long for everyone to get flu shots. someone came up and said something along the lines of they were supposed to have their appointment around 3:30 (that's when ours was scheduled) and the lady, Nicki, rudely explained that she had to wait until they were done with the other patients (there was no other patient in the office at the time). the woman then stormed off saying that she was in a hurry and it was ridiculous. i agree.

I placed an order for pickup. They forgot an item, I called and was told they would set it aside for me. I went to pick it up, told the employees what was going on and waited 10 minutes, employee came back and said they were working on my order. I waited another ten minutes before another employee told me they were completely out of the item that was supposedly set aside for me earlier. Now I don't have the food I need for dinner and my afternoon was ruined. Thanks, Kroger.

They had terrible service! some b**** named Nikki was extremely rude to my friend and I. We were ignored and the store was poorly stocked

They could start by not disrespecting their vendors and distributors, especially during their customers time of need.

Why don’t you stock items that are on sale. You advertise your Friday and Saturday sale items and without fail most of those items are gone on Saturday! You obviously know this is happening because it happens every weekend, not the way customers should be treated!

I generally like this store as it is convenient and does not have all the extraneous stuff of the super stores. The glaring exception is the pharmacy. Every time I have a prescription called in, when I get to the pharmacy, they tell me "we just got it. Please wait". Today my doctor put the prescription in before noon. I went home, had lunch, read a book and finally went to the pharmacy about 3pm. When I got there, after waiting in line for 20 min., I was told "we just got it. Please wait". When I stated it was put in before noon, I was Informed that it can take 30 min for them to get it and they only got it at 1218. That was 3 hrs previous! Thirty minutes later, I got the prescription. I should have brought the book.

unfortunately, feedwire is going to put them out of business. managment and staff are just not sufficient. if you order click list it is 1 hrs after time on a regular basis.

This is strictly a pharmacy review. I had a prescription that was at a different Kroger and asked to get it transferred. They said 30 minutes... I gave them 40 minutes... they said 10-15 more minutes... then told me after 1 hour of waiting that they won't even have the prescription in stock until 2 days later . I wasted my hour and a half here today.

I love seeing responsible companies and their employees support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I'm not sure if Matthew knows this... but I've seen him almost every time I've been to Kroger for the last 13 years. (Two different locations) I see him either riding his bike or walking to work quite often. He is obviously a dedicated Kroger employee and a hero in my eyes because he isn't afraid to wear pink and support a really good cause!! Thanks again Kroger and Matthew for your support! #realmenwearpink #findaway #breastcancerawareness #oneteamonegoal #krogercares #AmericanCancerSociety
